Hi chapz No major worry, just the HICAS light comes on first thing and then goes out after a couple of mins, then stays off all day - The fluid is a little low and this is what causes the problem methinks, trouble is I dunno what kind of fluid it has in. If Chris is about, what where you using mate?, if not, will I have to flush it all out and start again with a refil?, and is that a big job. Thanks as always, Glen.

It`s an SX(boooo boooooo scum get off our zx site inferior loser boooo boooo) It`s obviously lacking in the looks department compared to a ZX but it was such a clean car i couldn`t really fault it.I can work on the looks courtesy of bodykit and huge alloys etc. It`s a nissan 200sx touring,red,96P,2.0turbo,unbelievabley immaculate full leather interior and absolutely spotless exterior,CD,a/c,remote central locking alarm and immobiliser,FSH,40,000miles,UK carfor £8,500.Now i know i`ll be spat at and flamed and poked with big sticks when ever i visit this forum anymore but i`ll still pop in from time to time for the actual driving banter. If any of you could help me t…

Just wondering, maybe we could get a round together somewhere which would make for a decent meet at the same time. Will say one thing, golf is a very cheap sport in de Wales, aiiiiii! If anyone does play, let me know what standard aswell. Would be quite a laugh I reckon as me and the boy wonder are borderline ARSE! Being in IT and having some spare cash of a weekend, I've acquired some top golfing parafinalia, but that doesn't mean I can play. Excellent with a ball scoop though, average ball recovery for a round at the 18th pond at Caernarfon course is usually 10-15 balls...LMAO! So maybe we could swap the power of the 300's for some yamaha lawnmower engined gol…

Hi, I would imagine most of us either own or have owned a 2+2 seater 300ZX. Most of the US cars seem to be 2 seaters, and a lot of Japanese spec. cars are available in this guise.Personally I prefer the shape of the shorter 2 seat car, and might consider a Turbo 2 seater in the future.....how many out there own this spec. of car? Recently Bridgestone announced that S-02's were being discontinued to be replaced by S-03's. I just tried to order a set of S-02's and they were out of stock but S-03's are available at about the same price. I called Micheldever and for standard sizes they quoted Fr 106.27, Rear 122.72 for their remaining S-02's. So the deal is if you want S-02's then crack on and order them. I'm taking a chance and getting a set of S-03's from MJP next Monday. I'll let y'all know how they go. For info: http://www.tyres-online.co.uk/archives/prodmarch01.asp

hiya, Jez has suggested that it might be a good idea to create a techincal forum for those type of questions... and leave the general forum as it is for general chatty stuff what do you think ? i think its a good idea, as long as we can keep to the main topics.. although past performance has shown that it is a bit difficult... thumbs up or down ? ------------------ UK 92 TT White Mongoose K&N AVCR KYB Eibach

I have been reading posts to various message boards about things going wrong with ZX's and its got me scared, my car has done 107k and has had a transmission rebuild, because my car has done soo many K's does it mean its about to die? I see people saying, get a Trans oil cooler, Your tops might need resealing, The engines only last 100k, fuel leaks are common, you wont improve your fuel consumption cause your engines stuffed etc? Did I buy a car thats about to die?

After getting several quotes for around £2500 for the respraying of my door and replacing the back wing (This all from hitting a small post). I have been forced to put it through my insurance company, luckily I have accidental cover and NCB protection. I phoned the insurance company this morning and they seem to have no problems with the quoted prices and also said I can use any garage. Does anyone know of good bodyshops in the London/Kent area??

Hello again Zedsters, After buying the Batmobile, I notice it has these attached: ‘Field’ Air/Fuel mixer in dash & 'Digital Speed controller' Would anyone know what these fellas do? Could I also ask? - Will I benefit from using 97 Super Plus Unleaded in my car? - It doesn't run bad at all and infact absolutely flies, its a Jap import TT with HKS induction kit, blowoff valves and full GReddy stainless exhaust (twin 5 inch tail pipes ) .. Also, would anyone know what sort of power increase the aformentioned goodies give the car? Am I right in thinking 25bhp for the induction kit and 10bhp for the exhaust? I hope someone knows what I am talking about, bec…
