How does insurance work on a second car? Do you have to put it on a new policy or can you add it to your existing one. Driving my Z all the time is costing too much and I need a day driver to drive to uni, the pub, take away. Stuart

Very new member here; just in the last dying throws of purchasing my first zed! Looking for an operators manual for jap tt - worked out most things during test drives but auto box is still a mystery... I take it 'overdrive' puts the car into 4 wheel steer mode? What is the a/t button for? Any advise greatly appreciated Added since Paul's reply; Also wanted to know why does the zed I'm buying have only 105 MPH top speed showing on the UK dial conversion instead of 180!? And the boost dial shows +7 -7 instead of +14 -14.... I eagerly await you all waking from your beds [This message has been edited by T3RBO (edited 06-10-2001).]

Just come back fron new F1/indiy car movie that makes Fast & Fury look even more stupid than it was.All the hype for Fast& Fury and it was crap, yet Driven has no hype yet one race sene is beter than whole F & F film. The FXs are realy somthing else and all race senes have you on the edge of your seats, especialy the race through the city streets (unbelevebly fantastic). The acidents were amaising and so real, granted the story was only slightly above F&F but this was made up by everything else in yhe film.Strange but when i went to see F&F the cinima was full of disapointed custumers, but DRIVEN had a hand full of happy people,so what went wrong with the pr…

How reliable is S.E.'s engine work? I've heard (from you guys) that it's not exactly tip top! Who's had any bad (engine failure) experiences at S.E., and want's to spill the beans? I need a rebuild (new pistons) and want to know where there's a decent place (not too far from London) to get the work done. Any good ideas? Hope this post gets a few replies!!!

As I've just posted on the For Sale and Wanted, I found a Z that seemed fine. This meant I had to decide if I was really going to buy one - and the answer was: no. Those rear seats are just too useless. So, any suggestions for what I should get instead? (I know, wrong place to ask). I'd like sports car (or at least "grand tourer") performance and handling targa top or convertible. 4 seats, where the kids (girls, 13 and 10 - but the 13 year old's already 5'7") can sit relatively comfortably. I suspect I can't have all three, so what's the best compromise? P.

I bought (well I nicked it from my shop) a PS2 and GT3 and bugger me if it aint a piece of crap to play on that stupid Donkey Kong Gamepad. So I paid £50 for an analogue wheel, CRAP!! car wandered all over, unplayable! Anyone recommend a wheel?? cannot believe Sony spend all these millions developing this Console and Game and give you a controller from the 80's handheld game 'Mini Munchman' (which was a kickin'game ) Glen

On my way home I saw a *lovely* grey Z, H reg, 18" alloys (multispokes of some form), laaarge wing, laaarge front bumper, in Slough.. (Anyone here?) But I was in the 19 - so no point waving, so I was wondering.... How about a sign for the rear windscreen that says "My other car is a Z" Might sound daft, but hey - we'd know who we are!
