Zed sightings all over the shop. Number 1 : G*** WEG Black Import, after market alloys A14 7:40 this morning, turned off towards Kimbolton Number 2 : J*** TMG Grey Zed, looked stock, M42 heading towards the M6 at 8:40 this morning Number 3 : J*** *** White (possibly UK - traffic suddenly ground to a halt in front of me which demanded more of my attention... ) about 5 minutes later, also on M42 heading towards M6. Anyone here?

Just replaced my rear tyres. Old ones badly worn on each inner edge of the tread. They are 265/30/19's. 40psi. Is this just the way it is or will tyre pressure changes help any? P.S. I also noticed a bulge/softening on the inner tyre wall about the size of a 10p piece. This could have been very naughty! Keep an eye out guys. cheerz

ok - don;t anyone throw a giant wobbly or anything. ok. but.... i was looking at a GTO twin turbo, - hold on...just bear with me people.. and i was thinking of buying it....alright, everyone just stay calm for a second ,,don;t go mad.. but it apparantly has a small hole drilled in the exhaust manifold. i was wondering if anyone new why anybody would do such a strange thing. i don;t think it is anything to do with a perfornance part or what? it is a bit confusing really. why would you want air to get in [or seep out] of the exhaust manifold??? i know that the turbo;s are gonna be sucking air from this area, but why would you want a bloody hole there as well ? why? to …

I'm looking at getting some really wide 18" wheels - bigger than 10" at the rear. Anyone know who supplies these sizes as 10" seems to be the widest most companies do. Can I get something like 14" wheels?! They are to go under Strosek arches... A guy I knew used to have 365 or 385 tyres on a kit car but god knows where you find these things. Also what does the J mean ie 10J or 10JJ? [This message has been edited by ChrisC (edited 10-03-2002).]

My replies seem to be taking up to 30mins to appear on the forum. Is this just a problem with the cache at NTL broadband not updating or do others get it? Used to have a similar problem ages ago on BT Internet but that went away. Hitting refresh makes no difference.

I'm only new to driving a z but i swear that every time i take it to around 110, 120ish k's i can hear a dong, dong kind of noise (like if you leave the lights on and open the door). No warning lights come up on the dash just this weird noise. Is there a simple explanation for this or should i get down the doctors? Also somebody ppllleeeaaassseee tell me how to get the stereo out or even better where to get a owners manual
