anybody help . Ive got me blink codes but can anybody tell me what Ive got to do to put it in that mode cause I aint got a clue. At low revs it coughs an runs a bit rough, and would it have anything to do with the temp gauge which goes erratic at the same time. But it could just be another fault.

If your temp gauge is wavering then I'd check the temp sensor at the front of the engine for a bad connection.
