I have a 91 Jap imported 300zxtt and I need a dash clock as mine cant keep the correct time and all of the HICAS stuff that is behind the steering wheel including the loomy bits. I made the mistake of braking it when I replaced the steering wheel with a Momo one. Email me on jvnewcomb1961@yahoo.co.uk if you have any of these bits.

I am posting this with a hope that someone can help a fellow Zed owner who doesnt have access to this place He has a JSpec Auto TT with low mileage in good all round nick. When he accelerates hard it pulls strong upto, say, 5-6000 rpm and cuts dead. Not a rev limiter as it has only developed this fault recently. Could a faulty PTU cause these symptoms? Having not been in his car I cannot say much more than this, he is a mechanic himself but [not a zed one ] cant sort it. If it was a fuelling problem would it not stutter? - this is as though the engine is ceasing ALL activity until he lifts off, then he can resume acceleration. If anyone can…

I have been running Pirelli Pzero Assymetrico's on my 300zxTT and fancy a change as these are not brilliant. The wheels fitted are 8.5 x 18 (front) and 10 x 18 (Rear). I am thinking of going to Toyo Proxes T1-S on 235/40 (Front) and 265/35 (Rear). Has anyone got a better recommendation? I use the car everyday but also occassionally run it on trackdays and at Santa Pod.

I just got off the phone from my local Nissan dealer. He is trying to get me an air con pump for my 91 Jap imported 300zxtt as it has seized. Nissan Europe finally supplied them with a part number against my chassis details and when he tried it on their parts ordering system the answer that came up for it was "Part No Longer available". On checking with Nissan not only had they charged him £25 for the imported vehicle parts enquiry but they do not stock this item any more. He was told by them that they were only obliged to stock parts for 10 years. Now this is the limit, new version out so they stop supplying some major parts. This does not make me want to buy another …

Guys and Gals, -----Sad News------ What with all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person which almost went un-noticed last week. Larry La Prise, the man who wrote "The Hokey Kokey" died peacefully aged 83. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in - and things just started to go downhill from there. Matty. ------------------ Bounce...Bounce...Bounce...Bounce...Bounce...Bounce...Bounce... (sorry no sound!) LOL

Hi Mate. I noticed that you have just bought the Blitz FATT turbo timer from Johnny and saw it came with the wrong harness. Well I have just also bought the same one from Johnny and it came with a GT-R (R33, R34) harness part no 51100. Is that the one you got? I have contacted Johnny and he tells me that it is the correct harness for my 92 uk spec. Not tried fitting it yet though, other problems.
