Hi, I have provisonally sold my crx so i can now start the hunt for a zed. After reading the forum and having a little think im pretty sure i kno wwhat im after so just looking for your input as well. The criteria Budget - £2500 - £3000 Use - Mainly motorway trips up to Dundee and back. Must have - Targas, Manual gearbox Would Like - Leather, Cruise Controll Track Days - no track or drag days So i recon im after a N/A, even though the insurence on the TT is cheaper by around £200 im guessing the reduced maintanence costs and petrol costs will even it out. I've seen a page where they have zed colour codes but I'm guessing this won't be much help in places like halfords. So is there a modern 'named' (rather than coded) equivalent for the silver paint used on zeds for sale for other nissans? I know I could get some colour matching done but I'm lazy and if possible I'd like to just go buy a can of whatever. I got a 1991 j reg na jdm. However it's for my front bumper which seems to be slightly different to the car shells itself but any advice or useful info would still be helpful. Cheers, Al.

went away for a gaming weekend with some of the lads this weekend, bear in mind that im 110 miles from home anyway the missus has been REALLY down last couple of weeks. been on the sick due to stress. she went doctors 2day and was fine when she went, they have now put her on antidipresants. she has now phoned me up demanding me to get back to see her, only been gone for 1 day.... its about 2 hour drive + i have to pack my kit up, was sopposed to be here till sunday, dont know what to do any more with here, everythign i do is wrong. do i stay or go? help!

Having a new alarm fitted today and the fitter nipped out before to get some lunch so handed me the keys while he went anyway came back he had not left the car open and the alarm wasnt wired in yet and my car does not have any locks ie has the key hole but nothing else to stop people getting in and you guessed it we was locked out!! Luckely the door was only on the first latch so after 2 hours of bending a coat hanger and arsing i finally managed to get enough on the inside lock and pull it to open the car door :o So the bloody guy is now getting even wetter as well as me car as its pissing t down and all the doors and bonnet are open and im getting warmed up …

I have been looking at a Nissan Primera that is parked outside my office. I was just wondering if anyone knew (or had the inclination to find out) whether this spoiler would fit a Zed?

my v5 document says engine number not known is this the case of all imported cars thanks taff.

Relating to a previous post i put up about fitting a radio, it appears that the dash surround where the brackets fit to is broken . Does anyone know where i can get a replacement or am i just talking in riddles ,LOL. I really need to fill these gaps in with either radio or compartments bot of which i cant do because of this. Does anyone in Scotland have an old dash i could buy off etc.

About 5:30ish on Thursday 9th Nov I think it was either Silver or White, a horrendous double decker spoiler thing and bonnet and other various LED/Neons!! You should be ashamed! :slap: Si

I've read all the posts about the fitment of speakers but what of the wiring? At the moment there are some kenwoods coaxial speakers in and I want some components. What kind of wiring problems might I encounter? Also if anyone has a picture of one of those mdf bracket things that would be great. Thanks, Al.

thinkin about buyin some boost jets and chip for my zed. but not sure which chip or jets i should buy. the car is a manual uk twin turbo. whats the difference with a medium and an aggressive chip. car has had recon tubos fitted a few months ago. i wud like to get as much power as i cud without causing damage(silly boost). wat should and shouldn't i do. its just i,m new to the world of zed and i wud like to know the best and correct way to go about it. any info wud be appreciated. george
