Front speaker fitting - Wiring

I've read all the posts about the fitment of speakers but what of the wiring?

 

At the moment there are some kenwoods coaxial speakers in and I want some components. What kind of wiring problems might I encounter?

 

Also if anyone has a picture of one of those mdf bracket things that would be great.
