Recently a kid in S.Wales, bought a 300ZX Manual TT. A couple of months after this he killed it because as it was put "the back stepped out". Now I know that 300HP rear wheel drive cars at granted the higher end of the market, regularly come with track sessions to teach the driver how to control the car. Should specialist dealers offer the same thing to their customers for cars such a Zeds? Should dealers not sell to the cars to kids? Is it a little irresponsible? Hey, As the temps have plummetted this week I've found that my car's heating is not exactly reliable. Most of the time it doesn't blow warm air regardless of the temp setting I put it on or whether it is in AUTO or ECON mode. Sometime it will only blow warm air when cruising above 60mph and reverts to cool air when stationary (ie waiting at a traffic light). And then, like this morning, it works properly as soon as the engine has reached operating temp. It's very frustrating and annoying. For the record, my coolant level is spot on and bled propperly and as far as I can tell the heater matrix is also in good working order. The car is a 1990 JDM TT with a Series…

Hi guys been a long time since I've been on but I have been spending all my time sorting my new car. Anyways anyone taken their Z to Le Mans before? if so any top tips welcome. An American workmate of mine is taking the Z whilst me and the missus go in the Fezza. Camp-site tips all the way to hooking up with other Z's no info not welcome We are heading for the karting nord campsite so would be nice to have a row of Zeds parked up. Remember nissan are previous winners with what became the Z engine!!!!!! So we should be there at the Glastonbury of motor racing. Chris

Sorry mate in a hurry and couldn't find the old thread about the above. Here are pictures of the turbo timer in situ. As I said before it'd only 10 cms long and is the size of a lipstick and will locate either side of the steering wheel hump up against the pod perspex. LESS IS MORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got to run may post more later. And I went out in the bloody snow just for you!! Let me know what you think! Andy

Some of the high horsepower cars run without filters because they are constantly being pulled apart and parts replaced. Like serious drag motors, they only do 1 or 2 runs then stripped.
