Took my car to sheffield to work today. on the m1 on the way back i had a little play. with greddy pro spec 2 on hi, in 5th gear at 70mph foot flat to the floor boost hit 16psi before the controler cut it out at about 110mph WTF? I had it setup perfectly, could take it to the red line in 3rd and would reach about 14psi but in 5th it just keeps climbing I then set all the hi settings to the same as lo thinking i would get about 10psi like i do in low mode and it would sustain it but oh no it just keeps climbing, 16 again, just took longer to get there! i dont want that much boost!

Hi Guys , Can anybody help with a problem with dash lights . Need to find the dimmer module that is fed from the rocker switch . It is something to do with earth supply as if I connect earth to feed the dash bulbs they all light up , but no dimming effect . Does anybody know were the modiule is . Thanks

iv removed the stupid orange lens! i am going to put an led circuit board in the cluster for both the sidelights and indicators. a major improvement dont u think?.. which brings me onto my next dilema, to paint or not to paint... when my car goes in for a fresh coat of paint i am contemplating painting the blanking plates that house the jdm indicators the same colour as the car, what do ya reckon?

so guys i've got a zed with a single side exit jap pipe and i want a twin exit system instead - looking around the forums, these are the ones that appear the most. i dont want to spend no more than £500 and want it from x/h pipe. whose got any views or ideas on what to have? i havnt heard any twin exits yet on a zed also, as there are not many around where i live (or i just dont see them) i take it most you have twin exits also aswell dont you?

Has anoyone fitted the R33 Skyline Brakes....was wondering what sort of improvement it gives over the standard ones????? Can you really feel a difference????

Should I..... Replace my front vented nose panel with a std (non-vented one) and spray my front mesh black. Fancy a change - the nose panel thing I can try and go back (just gotta borrow/one or spray my old red one). The mesh is no going back.....

As it says Believe it or not this half witted government intend to impose this Travel Tax and vote in 14days to make it Legislation. They intend that all cars will be fitted with a tracking device. This will then generate a bill at £1.34 per mile. It will also be able to raise speeding tickets, do you for running a red light, + (Now this isn't a big deal to me, but if I wanted to have an affare or go get a bit of smoke,( perhaps I have a family member with muscular distrophy) what ever it's my choice.) check if you are visiting people who may be dealing etc. the bounderis are endless for priversy invation. I'm thinking of changing my stock uk-spec wheels (7.5J F, 8.5J R). Of all the wheels I've seen so far, I really like the Rays wheels fitted to the GT-pack 350Z. These are 9J F, 9.5J R. Now, I'm not too clued up on wheels, but will 9J's on the front affect the handling? And should I stick with the 350Z tyre sizes? Incidentally, I've just spent the whole evening cutting up little bits of 350Z brochures (the wheels) and pritstik'ing them on to photos of my zed! Now that sounds bad doesn't it But don't worry too much it takes a couple of months to get to the minimum mark. I was wondering if these cars a prone to any particular area they leak from.

I’ve had a look at other posts but I’m kinda wantin to know the most common way of: where do you lot mount your bovs? i have a set of blitz on mine and there such a tight fit, the guy who had this before me had to take fuse box cover off and they have been hitting the bonnet and slam panel aswell - do you think it could be best to mount these near the re-circulating valves/pipes near my air filter or could it be i havnt got the correct hard pipes? (because flanges fit bovs but cant move around where there placed) but just wondering. ideas on this one anyone? Also engine bay pics could be handy too cheers
