i need a new main beam bulb for my zed, tried searching and it sems the H1 type bulb fits, but my old main beam bulb has three prongs where as the H1 bulbs seem to have only one ! any input would be appreciated.

anybody used the silicone pipe on the actuator to boost pipe without any leak or bulging problems,ime running 15 psi ;)

well , i finally decided to get mi polished plenum and 555cc injectors fitted after fitting them car started rough lumpy ovefuelling(yes i put 555cc chip in tried 2 of em know goood one) all new coil packs and injector connectors fitted 0 psi on rest pressure.traced fault to bottom o ring not in right doooh!! and pissing fuel straight down cylinder ahh thats it.now 40 psi plenum back on for 2nd time, car won't start ffs flooding like fook just about trying but never firing up, smelt severe petrol in breather/dumped oil &filter as it was contaminated badly. still no good/left with plugs out overnight , still no go tries a litle then dead. plenum off and spare f…

Right just did some maintenance on the car, mainly oil changing and fluid changing. I also decide to replace the air filter with an apexi induction kit (had one sitting around from the 200sx). Was a simple job that took about 10 minutes, as there was an HKS Mushroom already fitted. Well after a road test I am now well impressed with the results as the sound is lush but best of all I am now getting more boost.

has anyone else had this problem the rear windows are loose underneath so if a cheeky thief knew that they were loose they could have my interior for nothing....nobody ask for my address lol :nono: what will be best to stick them back down!?!?

Well guys and gals, i havn't been on here much since i signed up but thats about to change. After driving around in a 1.0l Citroen AX for 3 years iv gone and picked myself up a Black G-reg N/A Auto today for £1800. JSpec, done around 70-80k miles, cambelt has been done, bodywork is fine except for a very small ding in the bonnet, MOT untill Jan 08, no tax as its been off road for a while, leak free targas, 17inch alloys although a refurb is needed. Only main problem is the speedo stopped working - once the tax is sorted i'l get the speedo done. Anyway its parked up a friends drive ATM but i'l try and sort some pics out this week. Rich

what does everyone reckon to decals.my missus has just bought me some tribal dragons to go down side of the car a bit fast and furious but not that tacky im unsure but they would cover up some scratches lol and they were a present but im not 18 years old with a nova mmmmmmmmmm

Right, I've got a headlight bulb out, so I removed it and took it to halfords to get a new set, the guy in the shop raised his eyebrows and said he's never seen anything like it. So having tried a few more autoshops etc, same story. Heres a picture of one, anyone know where to get a new set from, or do I need to order a set from nissan? :confused:

I took the zed out for a drive today. After about 10 miles I get a few lights flash up on the dash (lights, ABS, HICAS, battery) then I notice the temp going up very quickly! I pull over ASAP and pop the bonnet. the fan belt has shredded! So I call RAC and they come out pretty quick. My normal garage tells me that they are closing down and cannot take the Zed! the only other place I can get it to is a Nissan dealership :eek: I have now left it there with them and they will start work on it on Monday. I am already shitting myself about this because they don't know what they are doing. I have proof they don't know anything because of what they sai…

...this morning on what use to be the McArther Glen island on the A38 near Mansfield at around 7am on Friday morning. It's been a while since I've seen a nice Z in the flesh and it made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Well, it didn't take long did it? Lol!! I tried a Skyline but couldn't 'bond' with it (awesome car nonetheless), I got an Omega to try to be sensible but that just made me realise I can't own a boring everyday car, - so I got a UK TT Zed instead :D What the hell, I'll get a baby seat in it somehow! I've been away for some time now, but it seems there are still some familiar faces here (Nick in particular - he's like a bad penny isn't he LOL!!) so hopefully I can just blend back in discretely ;)

As you may all know now, i'm working on my drifting Z. I was since last week on the process of removing all the useless wire all over the car. I removed the Hicas, the speed control, the ABS, the rear wiper... My problem is that i found a electronic box call "ampli de commande de vitesse". If i try to translate, it come something like that: "speed command amplifier" I finaly cut it out as i was thinking of something useless on a race car. Today, i install back all the beam and i finally have one missing cable (red) going underneath the rear hatch. This red wire is the one going on the beam with the fuel pump. hi i am carrying out throttle bypass tommorrow! i understand that you connect 1x hose from matrix metal pipes to each turbo , but how best do i connect both turbo pipes to each other to complete circuit????? i cant find answer to this anywhere! have i got carried away and removed too many items?? any help gratefully recieved!
