Hi Guys, feel a bit of a twit asking this but my PC is really starting to do my head in now!! I can't view anything from YouTube or any other sites that depend on Adobe Flash Player... It says I either have java script turned off which I don't or am not running the latest flash player so I've clicked links to download the Latest Flash Playr and it comes up Flash successfully installed but still can't view any videos!!! Any idea why my PC won't let me view video stuff etc? Many thanks!!!

Just a quickie folks, when I nail it and the wheels start spinning the back end starts banging and hopping about, is this due to the subframe bushes being knackered? Or could I be looking at something more sinister?

Anyone interested in swapping wheels with me? 17" Nismo LM 2-piece split rim alloys with pretty much 4 brand new goodyear eagle F1 tyres on all around. Pic's below: Ideally after dark wheels to suit the car but will consider all wheels. Does anyone know how much my wheels are worth?

My old zed was an Auto, with a manual conversion so smaller turbos, Mines ecu, ss exhaust and Apexi filter and 1mm boost jests My new zed is a 92 Auto, standard ecu, same ss exhaust and same Apexi air filter - no boost jets. Now I know my auto will feel slower than the manual, but it feels LOADS slower. How much difference in power will the mines ecu and 1mm jets make? How much to have them fitted to my new car? Who makes the best modified ECU for my set up?

Hi guys and gals! Can anyone recommend a cheap courier/pallet company? I have an engine, rad, side skirts and rear bumper which I need to transport from Alford in Lincolnshire to my part of the country (Bath area!). I haven't needed to use one before, but am thinking that it'd probably be more expensive to get one from my area, or one of the more well known companies! But, who knows? I could be awfully wrong!! Cheers, Simon

Hi, Decided to fit the Uk spec rear belts to the back of my ZX today. Everything was fine until I came to bolt the first belt in. The belt's mechanism keeps locking and I can't figure out how to stop the belt retracting and locking in place permanently! I took the yellow lever mechanism off the side of the reel, to have a look at that and the belt runs free... but nothing seems to stop it locking...as soon as I reattach it? Any ideas...??? Cheerz, Jez

It's the same one as in this link I didn't get the instructions cos it was a freebie but the installation was pretty straight forward apart from one wire (grey) which I'm not sure where to connect it to but the timer lights up ok. Now, when I put it on 30sec or any other time, it wont switch the car off but when I press the off button then it switches it off. Could this be because of the grey wire? Also (with timer on) when I get out of the car and press the remote fob, it locks the car but it wont activate the alarm on. Any ideas?

Ok so on my private road when i kick down real fast at about 95 to 100mph the engine revs to the red line with no drive from the autobox. (new 10,000 miles ago). Backing off the throttle and feeding it in gently brings the drive back. I have done the whole oil level thing and am beginning to think it is something to do with my Speedo KPH / MPH converter but am really clutching at straws here. Anyone had this problem themselves and solved it? Thanks Chris

Why don't my blowers work? When I put the heating on auto and econ and set the temperature to around 30-40 the car heats up but it all seems to be coming from the vent at the front below the windscreen. If I change it to the windscreen heater option on the control panel I hear a little change in "blower sound" and still comes out the same vent as it should. None of the other vents seem to blow any hot/cold air. The car warms up quite quickly though still. Any ideas?

In my search for tyres I have come accross http://www.tyretraders.com/carclub.aspx To be honest they have the best prices I could find for Falken 452's, and they are fitted in the bargain. Just thought i'd share the link. I was wondering if a representative from the club could contact them. Maybe they are willing to offer a club discount, seeing as they have a car club page?

Can anyone provide me with the thickness measurement of the center bearing spacers for a manual tt. Alternatively, can anyone say for sure that manual & auto are the same thickness. I have just done an auto to manual conversion and am having prop vibration problems. I have checked all the usual and re used bearing and gearbox mount from my auto which was perfect with no problems. I get my prop back in the morning from being balanced but having read through some previous threads, it appears that the angle of the front and rear u/v joints need to be the same. The manual prop is longer at the front than the auto so if I use my auto spacers, surely this will affect t…

After many many months of swearing, sleepless nights, and being broke most of the time i finally started my car for first time. I waisted two batteries until i crank it up and that because the Crank Angle Sensor was on the wrong position. I broke the pin that alligns the CAS with the cam few months back and i put it there temporarily but i forgot all about it. Was cranking it up for many minutes and didnt want to start. It was so frustrating because after all this job done to the car you feel so hopeless and dont know where to start. I sit down for few minutes trying to relux and think why is not starting up. Then it came to my mind that it might be the CAS. I took i…
