Hi guys and girls, Thats it i've finally had enough :headvswal , i can't be bothered with this car any more. My left hand turbo has begun to smoke, a few months ago i would have thought whoo hoo! i've got a good excuse to lift the engine but now i'm totally p155ed off the whole thing, for the 15 or so months i've had it its been of the road for about 4or5, its not the work thats bothered me its the money and now i'm skint :cry: . Its a uk manual with a large 130k on the clock. What should i do know, sell it as it is? break it? or just take out my frustration with a hammer :smash: ???? please advise, thanks dave

My car was imported and has some Bilstein lowered suspension on it. The kit isn't dampening or ride height adjustable. The actual quality of the ride is quite nice (not too stiff for the roads but a lot firmer than what the std suspension would be like). I think the front seems very low. This is also down to the aftermarket front bumper. The 17" wheels also seem to scrub the wheel arch liners occasionally when on full lock. I have not yet attempted to go over any speed bumps as of yet but id imagine it would catch as the front bumper seems to catch pretty easily on things like driving up my drive if I take it at a certain angle. I don't see any point…

Been offered a very very nice set of 19" alloys and tyres for an unmissable price. Only problem is the wheels are 9.5 x 19" all round. So basically will 9.5 fit on the front or am i being stupid. thanks

Whereabouts on the tailgate/car body is the switch that controls the boot light???? (I assume it's seperate to the one that does the front interior lights) Only the SWB doesn't have a boot light and I'd like to fit one. Pix would help please :)

i removed the plug from the temp sender when the engine was runnig (cold) and all it done was made the fan kick in, the tickover never flickered (never drove or revved thje car) is this right??? could i drive with it dissconected (to eliminate it)

my oil pressure is getting low when the engine is warmed up ! the needle only goes halfway up to the first line ( im guessing it about 20 PSI ) what kind of pressure does every one else get? my engine has done 150,000 miles so i know all the part will be worn !

can any one help my 300zx twin turbo wont start was driving along and the car died and would not start took it home and tried to again still no luck i have changed fuel filter changed spark plugs and done the diagnostic test and came through saying all circuits are fine any help on what to try next would be greatful thanx

My car arrives next week and I need to confirm a couple of things that I've absent mindedly forgotten about. 1. Car Tax - How much is this gonna cost me? 2. Vehicle registration - How much is this gonna cost me? 2b. What Post office form do I need to complete for this The car should be delivered next Wednesday...

Although it shuts water tight there is a at least 3mm play in the boot lid when its shut. I'm sure this can't be right. Do i just need to tighten up an adjustment on the boot latch???

i have a non turbo which i belive to be restricted to 112mph, i have since brought the rev delimiter to fit behind the clocks so as the clocks will then be changed to mph the question is , if i buy a set of original clocks for a non turbo with 300 kmh on them will this do the same job as the delimiter , as in the car will have better performance i really need kmh instead of mph the clocks i have r jap import and only go to 180 kmh thanx

Hi There We have just had a customers tubs rebuilt with 360 bearings by Midland Turbos adn what a FANTASTIC job they did. They look like new. We went to order the required gaskets from Nissan and nearly fell over. Where is the best place toget all the turbo manifold gaskets etc at a sensible price ? thanks

I am interested in this 300ZX purple from japcity through Kent terry, love the car but only thing is I wanted it with no back spoiler,,some Z´s came without it..my question is..is it possibly to remove the back spoiler without damaging paint? I mean is it attached part of the back? or is it just pop inn and take out easily?? what is the good thing about the back spoiler anyway's?? what is the difference between the ones who came with back spoiler and none?? anyway´s please let me know also what could be a good alarm I could install on the car? any advices suggestions??
