Just a brief warning from personal experience. http://www.wrc-sales.co.uk/ Went to their showroom the other day to look at a Mitsubishi GTO and A Nissan 300ZX as I am trying to decide between the 2. Looked at a few cars in there. They all seemed to be fresh imports with little to no service history and dubious mileages. Things got worse, with the guy in charge seeming to know little about his cars and he was even unable to start one ZX when demonstrating it to me. Things however got much worse. After talking to him for about 30 mins about one automatic ZX TT I suggested I take it out for a test drive. He seemed reluctant so I agreed to let one of his employ…

Well there we were yesterday,on our way to visit rele`s and getting pretty irritated because our local tescos was so busy we couldn`t find anywhere to park and made buying fuel impossible too..so off to sainsburys we go on t`other side of town..God just as bad!! Sod it! find a space in the end do our shopping and go to fill up.This is the first time we`ve taken the z out in a long long while due to one thing and another and i was feeling pretty nervous as have just finished getting the car back to a ahem "reliable" condition and dreading anything going wrong,as the passion for my car has been severly tested over the past few years, anyway,go in to pay and on my way out a m…

my Z has started to squeel upon startup, it has a brand new battery and i have tightened up the tensioner, The car squeels really loud for about 30 seconds and then when it goes the revs rise to about 2000 for another 30 seconds or so... Whats causing this? Is something on its way out? Thanks, Dan

Just a quick thanks to Chris and his team at Z-Tech for doing my engine re-build, Which he took on from when Ryan sold him the buissness. I was kept informed all the way through the build of what was being done. And when i started her up wow nice sound  There is still some work to be done on the car but most of that i can do myself under there guidance. A top team who had some difficult times to start and are having to move buildings again. But i will definatly be using Z=Tech again

i checked my timing the other day and thought it was ok, my bro in law (mechanic) came today and he checked, it was 27 degrees out, ow its been set to 15 degrees and it seems slower at top end of the rev range, it seems to pull more low down, also checked my base idle which i also done wrong, its now set correct, the stalling from pull off is still there though checked all plugs and they are all burning correctly, no sooting and gaps were spot on, checked all connectors and they are ok should i set it back to 27 degrees out as i dont like the way it drives now, also i set the idle after i changed the timing the bolts on the cas aint in the middle anymore, t…

Just to see if im not the only person since buying my Z that has fell in love, had my car over a year now and spent £££ and more to be spent but theres no regret. I think the best people around are Z owners how dedicated we are and friendly even though they cost so much and every time ive seen another Z on the road you never fall to wave. Seeing them on YouTube is fantastic. Theres just something about seeing my Z on the drive thats makes me warm and happy inside but more when driving. Think im going to see a doctor now i might be a little crazy lol Long Live the Z........
