Where can I get on that has already been setup for a Zed? (95 TT auto). Failing that, what are my alternatives? Thanks Paul.

about the zed the other day...never noticed it before despite having owned several of these but the key lock solenoid only lets me remove my key when the auto is in park, if you're in neutral it keeps it locked in the barrel

Hi, I saw a tread on this earlier. I am checking to see if this will help the o'l spin on the back when wet. I recently lost my zed (not too much damage) in the wet. Would traction control help to reduce this? I have had all the cambers re set and although tyres are probably not the best, I was hoping there may be some other useful things I can do.

Right then. I bought the car from a bloke who has his own custom exhaust place, not then, when he had the car on the ramps i was gutted to see that he had only replaced the backboxes. He commented on how it needs a amount of back pressure to perform properly. But, i thought that as the car is the turbo model it wouldnt rely on back pressure? I want to get the exhaust upgraded but im unsure on what to do now And what would be the best bore size? 2.1/5 or 3 inch?? Cheers, Bradley

Today I finally said goodbye to my lovely black UK Z. After over 3 years of ownership and some big bills, I sold it to a close friend who is a mechanic so it will be taken care of but I feel a bit gutted. I cant believe its gone, I was just not using it though and with another son soon on the way I can no longer justify having it and the lexus to the wifey. She will be driving next year and I just have to think of practicalities, we dont have the space for three cars. I dont post that much on the forum but most days I look through the posts and I have learnt so much from some of the people on here respect to you guys this is a great forum and club. I was considering g…

Noticed a whining noise coming from the rear which I've been told coming from my diff. Noise occurs between 50 ~ 65 mph and can be heard with or without throttle. The noise also doesnt change when rocking the steering. Is this the sign of a diff on its way out? If so, what are my options? If not, what else could it be? Cheers Pete

I have an email about my car but am a bit suspiciouse!! He emailed me about the car from his personal email address asking about what price i would take for the car, this is my answer. Dear Steven, Thank you for your email. Sorry for not replying sooner. I am willing to negotiate the price somewhat as it is a waste to have the car and not be using it much, it needs to be used and i am using the money to build a streetfighter trike (as i am disabled and have never seen one done! ) I would take £5,500 to take it away now with all the goodies? Where abouts are you based? The best thing to do would be to come and have a look and a test drive, as …

Had the chance for a ride in a new GT-R while I'm over here in the states. I went out to the MidwestZfest in Tulsa Oklahoma over the past 4 days and it was fantastic. I'll get some photos up when I'm back in the UK. It was a monster of a car with the most amazing braking and handling system I've ever experienced. I'm still not over-awed with the looks and interior, but the mechanicals were out of this world! It has a wonderful driving position too. After that, I had a ride in a 700+bhp Z32 TT which felt every bit as quick through the mid-range powerband after it had actually managed to start gripping! 3rd gear has always been a good gear in the Z32 TT and …

Adter such an immense weekend, my heart has litterally sank when i got home tonight! I got to Berwick-Upon-Tweed (30 miles from home) and my zed wouldnt boost past 0.1bar!!!!! Ok, so i thought to myself "It'll be a boost leak. I'll drive home, taking it easy and fix it in the morning." UNTIL I GOT HOME!!!! So, having taken it easy for the past 30 minutes (no +ve boost because of the "boost leak") i got home and turned the engine off. Then i heard something rattling and coming to a halt, My mate Dean, who was down at JAE with me, is a mechanic for nissan but he thinks that it sounds too "tinny" to be a knackered turbo. So anyway, my question is.......…

Hi, Can anyone help me in the Nottingham area remove my front bumper and fit my new WW one. I have been outside in the rain trying to remove my bumper and i cant do it for love nor money, regardless of how many step by step write ups i read! I need someone who has done it before. As for the WW fitting, it has already been on a Z, so NO modifications are required, literally needs bolting onto the existing mounts. I would really appreciate someones help as the car goes in for a respray on 22nd Sept and need it done for then! I dont like begging but I will if I have to LOL!!!
