well got bored tonight so decided to go for a drive and try to find somewhere to take some nice pics of the car and after around an hour and a bit of driving around gave up and just went down to theforth bridges, parked up and noticed this when i got out my 300zx sign lights up yipeee! iv had the car for over 2 years and never noticed this even looked and read up on how to make this light up for over an hour the other day should have probably just checkedit lol anyway heres the rest of the pics i took

hi guys and galls ive been reading a thread on this section ref the aux cooling fan it says that it should run when you first start the car but mine isnt the fan is ok and ive changed the relay in the fuse box could anyone please help on this matter:)

Has anyone fitted one of these to there car ? if so does anyone know if it will fit in place of the cigarette lighter? I beleive the switch is about 9cm deep and wondered if it would fit. Thought i'd ask first instead of pulling my centre console out and measuring it. Thanks Scott

just noticed that my car doesnt seem to be locking when i press the fob for the alarm, the keys have never been used to lock it since iv had it(just over 2 years) so i cant use them as they wont turn lol. it does lock if i push the button inside so the mechanism is working what could be causing it tostop working off the fob?

I am considering designing something for the rear lights in my Z. I am wanting to convert them to LED. All of the LED conversions I've seen just don't look that special on the Z32, whilst they look better than stock, when illuminated, the LEDs are very defined and I've never seen anyone make them illuminate the complete area the bulbs did. The nice radius of the edges is lost and I want a more even glow. I am wondering if anyone here would know whether a contoured PCB with wave soldered micro/nano LEDs would work effectively? You'll not only get rid of the dots that large standard size LEDs emit but also, being more compact, you'd also be able to match the radius of …

I need to remove the n/s throttle body. Can this be done without removing the plenum?

I removed the egr valve on saturday, i blocked up the holes on either side of the plenium & the one on the manifold. Is there anything else that needs blocking off? as i now have an air leak & the car is running really rough? cheers carl

Ok then, how do i de-tago the fron indicator unit on my uk model? I've got the unit itself off thinking it was the bulbs, but oh no, there is an orange part inside the unit itself! Dont want to force it open incase its not supposed to, HELP!! Bradley

Hi when looking to replace the rear lights on the Z are the jap and uk ones the same? I am looking to get replacement rear lights for a UK Series 1 tt so will there be any difference if I get lights off a jap car? Will the lights need modding if I try using the jap lights on a uk car? I have seen a few lights for sale but they are all jap and I would rather know first before getting any surprises when it comes to fitting the lights in.

I wonder if Nissan ever intended for the Z32 to be mainly owned by every day people, 15/20 years after it went into production. The first few 300ZX Z32's I ever saw in the early 90's were in central London, and they were always driven by the Corporate Company Director Type's. God, I think of some random stuff sometimes. :x:

Hi all, has anybody else had their front wipers come on and stay on for no apparent reason! The only way i can turn them off is by pulling the fuse or disconnecting the wiper switch, could the wiper amp be the fault?

can someone please tell me the correct fuel to use for a standard 300zx TT, it may seem like a silly question but are they supposed to be run on high octane fuel, eg BP Ultimate 99ron or can they be used on the normal 95 stuff. i only ask as my M3 is high otance only, and need verification.thanks in advance.

ive tried to find places that will do some power mods on my Z, ie intake chip, decat, boost jets. but ive not found many other than Ztech Has anyone on the site used them and are they any good,or even does anyone know of anywhere else to try, that perhaps has previously modded their car.

driving the car at night is a nightmare, i can barely see anything, the stock lights are rubbish, can anyone steer me in the right direction for some really bright bulbs or lights, ive got some rally bulb in from halfords theyve helped a bit, but its still difficult too see without putting on the high beam....

as above, car is a 1991 Z32 TT.
