Wozzer is going to do me a big favour and take a look at a car for me on the weekend but if it doesn't work out I was wondering something. Is there anyone who does a auto to manual conversion? If so what kind of money would it be? Cheers Mike

I thought some of you may be interested in who won what at the Z Club Annual Awards, held at Zedfest 08. Big Well Done to Steve (TiZer) for winning best Z32 2+2. and Pete (ZOGG) for winning Best Z32. Zedfest was not only a chance for a cool group of bods to come together and share stories of awesomeness but also a time for awarding the best peeps with most desirable cars (in class), certificates of merit for being very cool, winning various competitions and even being coolest Zedder in the universe! It was a rewarding time and enjoyed by all and here is a break-down of what went where... Certificates of Merit (for outstanding contribution to the club)…

This is possibly a long shot but does anyone have either a JDM or Underdrive crank pulley lying around that they could measure up for me? I am after the diameter of the largest section of the pulley. A close estimate is fine also. I just need to ascertain whether the pulley I've got sitting on the shelf is a U/D or stock sized (lightened) pulley. Many thanks! Dan

Been ringing around to get insurance quotes. Thanks skyline dave:D Been getting quotes rount the £1000 mark with adrin flux winning with £750, then rang footman james who also quoted £750 with £400 pound excess and 4500 miles limit. they then said i was able to put it on classic insurance and would be £299  with 4500 miles limit and would have to be garaged between 10 and 6. anyone else got a policy like this?? Where would i stand if something happened to the motor when it was at home at this time and not in the garage?

Bit of a weird electrical problem this, bear with me! Couple of days ago I noticed that when I braked the power steering would go all floaty, and the HICAS light would flicker (normally stays on, known problem). Then the other day, I noticed that it blinked with the ABS light as well, but only when braking. Today the problem is alot worse, but I think it's electrical. It seems that when ever I increase the load on the electrical system, the ABS and HICAS lights come on along with the power steering goes light. It was so bad today the car did it even when indicating (was driving at night with lights on). Tonight, when the HICAS and ABS lights were on t…

Hey all, I thought I'd start one of these threads as there has not been one for a while!!;) I have driven my ZX virtually every day for the last 9 days and it is running superbly. It sounds great, drives as it should, pulls like a train on demand and the auto 'box operates smootly and responsively. (Plus owing to the weather it's also still clean...........) Perfect!!!:D Come on, let's hear a few more happy ZX stories rather than problems etc.............:p Richard:cool:

Hi I have a problem with the connecter that plugs into the TPS. The connecter has broke or should I say that the wires have come out the connecters which are inside the connecter. Ive been unable to get the connections out the connecter. I was wondering if its possible to purchase this connecter from somewhere? Are these a certain connecter or are they used elsewhere in the engine bay? Hope you understand what I mean. Thanks Ant

I know not everyone likes the bonnets lifted at the rear by the hinges, but I did mine on Sunday. My car always runs with the temp gauge perfectly horizontal when nice and warm, now it runs just below horizontal. So the lift is making a usefull difference. As our cars get way too hot under the bonnet I think this is a cheap and effective thing to do.

This guy is the new tuning god. I have emailed him for his secrets. Oh yes, 500bhp from an airfilter, exhaust and boost controller. I can't believe some of you have wasted thousands on forged internals, upgraded turbos, injectors and intercoolers when all you needed to do was ask this guy what to do and get it 'MINGS' tuned! !:rofl: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Nissan-300ZX_W0QQitemZ180291496279QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item180291496279&_trkparms=39%3A1%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A7%7C240%3A1308&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14 On a lighter side - it actually looks very clean and I wish him every success with his sale - I just hope the new owner doesn't expect the s…
