i'm trying to find out what start power i need for a battery. i've had a look on here but can't find an ans. The battery i had on the car had a start power of 600 so i replaced it with the same (bosch) this battery has only lasted since july.

my tt was ok yesterday untill i was driving it a little hard and now it seems to run on 5 is there any thing you may think it isnmany thanks ben

what should my oil temp gauge read? i've recently put on in, with the sendor in the sump. Im getting an average or 40-45 normal driving 50-60 idling

hi there i love my music and every car i have had i have always upgraded the i.c.e but with this car i hardly have the music on as i just love listening to the sound of the engine and dumpvalves and the exhaust or is that normal or is it because i have only been an ower of a zed for just over a week

hi dont no if it has been done before but i was thinking about using 2 of the 4 reversing lights for a fog light by using red bulbs or putting a red lense inside the light as i hate bolt on fog lights they just look shite lol

Was just wondering if the 300zx doors do actually drop after a while due to them being quite long and heavy as i my friend has just reinforced the brackets on his capri. Was just wondering about the 300zx, does this happen to them? should the been reinforced or hinges changed or that?

i had todo it this way because i canrt reply on the other 1 for some reason maybe im mis-understanding, but if you see coolant leaking from the waterpump, i would do a pressure test and pinpoint the leak and fix that first oil seapage isnt necessarily abnornal. to answer your question typical symptons of a blown head gasket may include bubbles of air coming up into your radiator remove the cap before starting leaking radiator milkshake coloured oil in the filler cap overheating very quickly running rough water or oil leaking from the heads or spark plugs thats all i can think of at the minute hope it he…

Hi, Just planning ahead, when I get my 300zx tt I want to do a full check on everything, ECU, Autobox, HICAS and so on (due to it being under warrenty for 6 months).. should I ask for some help from the owners of Datascan or ConZult or would I be best going to ZED World in Tamworth (sorry for the incorrect spelling). I read on their website that they can do a full review for £30 and also include a maintainance plan too. Am I correct in this or was I dreaming it.... Thanks in advance.

Went to start the car today, ignition lights on, turned the key and nothing, all the lights went out, tried to restart, but the lights diddnt light up and had no power at all. I came back to it a few hours later, opened the door and the alarm went off, I couldnt turn it off so I opened the bonnet and touched the negative wire going to the battery very slightly and the alarm stopped and the car started straight away, the negative has been tightened as tight as it will go, but it seems that the terminal on the battery is too small causing a bad connection, ever since this has happened, im getting a high pitched buzzing even when the ignition is off, I cant pinpoint where it…

Has anyone who has installed an RPS max clutch had troubles bleeding the clutch? My mechanic has tried for a day and a half to bleed it and its still not right! I've had everything replaced apart from the Master cylinder which includes RPS flywheel, braided hose from hard pipe to slave and a new slave cylinder. It can change gear with the engine off but with the engine running it won't change gear. He's running out of ideas even after speaking to Jeff at Zedworld and Nissan!!:headvswal

ok so iv had the car for 2 months and never really driven it due to the lack of insurance, so tomorrow ill be on the road (daily drive!) and iv noticed the oil pressure needle is quite low (inbetween 0 and the first notch) dunno if thats normal, and the roof has started leeking AGEN after i thaut id fixed it with vasoline its a drip once a min from the a pillar top where it meets the targa bit (drips on right fore arm lol!! hows that for specific, anyway was wondering (as im sure its not a one off targa leak) how do ppl go about fixing them any ideas? ALSO wheres the best place to buy a cam belt kit and how much should i pay? andrew page want 190 for the kit is that right…

hi, my zed failed mot on emissions. It has been stood for over a year which prob didnt help but the co% was 3.500. going to do a full service but has any one got any other ideas ie faulty sensors etc. cheers
