Hey folks! I am going to London from the 17 to the 21 on April spending some short days off there; was wondering if anyone would recommend me a nice Guest House or Budget Hotel not really expensive for these 4 days? doesn´t really matter if it´s on London center since my plan is to rent a car so i can move around; I remenber some years ago I stood on this nice Guest House in Luton..lady´s name was Mrs Bernadette..but I lost the card they gave me and can´t seem to find the place anymore on the net. Would be nice to hear some recommendations Cheers!!

After getting myself a tidy little daily driver im wanting to try tidy it up as good as it can be. Its in very good condition already but could do with all the swirl marks removing from the paint and could do with a full valet. Has anyone had this done recently and could give a good guide pricewise to how much it is to have it all cleaned up to being almost as new. Or maybe prices of the paintwork doing?

Hi all Right having a problem and it a touch complicated so ill start at the beginning, I bought my car from a dealer with a 3 month warranty, a fresh mot less than a week old and felt fine to drive, anyway a few weeks before the warranty was due to expire in took the car to QST for a check over, they found drc problems and recommended new new suspension total cost 1400 which is reasonable. I looked for the warranty paper work and couldn't find it so I phoned the dealer and asked for a copy, they called me back a few hours later and said they had forgotten to do the warranty but said no problem they'll give me another 3 months starting that day and told me…

Well to sum it up I have 10 years no claims 3 points and for a 1.4 206HDi Last year have paid £1000 outright with my partener on the policy, se uses the car as I have a co car, Last year it was a nightmare everyone was asking between £1000-£3000 for the same details and car. So we paid the £1000 to Admiral so we did not incur interest charges on monthly payments and today received our renewal of £1010 ????? Well i thought it would be due to claims etc.... but still decided to look into quotes. On the first comparison web page I was shocked that the same details brought up £438 Fully comp. Has insurance come down as all othe quotes were around the same sum. …

Has anyone had to have a car VOSA VIC checked ?? What does it involve and how strict are they ??? I've bought a panel damaged Saab 9-3 to do the Barcelona Banger Rally in and it's been notified as being involved in an accident and has to be VIC checked !! The seller did not tell me that it had been subject to a claim - just that he's replaced the front wing. The drivers door still needs replacing ...... other than that the car starts and stops Ok and drives really well. Anyhow, if anyone feels like sponsoring us, you can do so at www.justgiving.com/Kidney-Has-Beenz We are raising money for the Willow Foundation - a charity that helped my step daughter when …

Evening all, ok currently i have a garage at the side of the house but it isn't the biggest and i am looking to rip down the current garage and build a new one further back on my property. As my back garden is raised i plan to excavate some of it and build a garage then top the garage with decking so as not to lose any space ( if that makes sense? ). Now my question is how big is everyones garage and is there ample space for manovering around your zed?? Want to have room for tools and workspace etc.
