Well chuffed, the car flew throgh its MOT this morning, the only thing they had to alter was the headlight allignment as they were too low!! and i put them down for the mot as i normally have em pointing high!!!! £3 a side they charge for that!!! £6 for two turns of a 10mm spanner, now thats easy money!!!! Still the MOT was only £20 so £26 all in is a fookin bargain. Right, time to put my illeagal plate back on!!!

Late last Saturday night; a young chap was walking home from the pub. It was a cold, wet, windy evening, and he was tired and freezing. I adjusted my throttle yesterday so it opens fully. I did it by bending the little bar back that hits the centre stop rather than filing down part of the stop. Doesn't seem to have made a huge difference but the car did wheelspin when pulling away today, which is a result ;) I also cleaned the TPS again, and this time didn't use WD40 on it (The ECU got really pissed last time I did it ;) ) The car stalled once afterwards and had no power for a couple of minutes but once it warmed up all seemed well again :D The idle now seems better when the engine is hot, it seems to hold the same revs better and not start lurching like it used to. HUGE thanks to B19RKS!!! Came over to mine to have a look-see at my coolant dump problem, drained off some off from the full expansion tank (my fault!) and then topped the radiator back up to the correct level!! So now when I drive and it all gets too hot it won't over fill the expansion tank as now there is enough room for it to expand into without overflowing! Hopefully no more coolant drama's! There was something on about Speed Cameras on this mornings breakfast telly. Mainly people seem against them. I hate the mobile ones on motorway bridges, but don't mind ones on blackspots, or in 20 or 30 zones as I'm well behaved. What about you?

People who say it looks like an Audi TT. WRONG! People who say it looks like a new MR2. WRONG! They look beautiful. Saw one today in Parbold. Silver, very nice. They stand out very well on the road especially with the contors on the bonnet. They are also wider than they look on the pictures. Its made my mind up that I like them now. Is anyone here actively trading on Celebdaq (http://www.bbc.co.uk/celebdaq) ? I kinda got interested a few weeks back when Matrix 2 was coming out. Now I seem to be buying shares in people I wouldn't know if they kicked me in the balls (Anouska?!... the brunette in BB?). Just for fun, of course.

This 300zx is a Jap 2+0 Manual NA. The kit on the car is made by a company called Evolution, I have looked but I can't find anything like it on the net.

Finally got a pic of my ice, it's not a huge system but it sounds f##king great, i've got a 12" hifonics sub running of a kicker amp in the back and a set of boston accoustics components in the front running of a alpine head unit, and the best bit is i can still get my targa's in the boot and strap them down. This was all made buy a m8 of mine at work in work hours, using materials from work so did'nt cost me a penny, and took about a week to complete:D :D excuse the small photo:rolleyes:
