Don't whether it's the same for you guys but over the past 2-3 weeks, I have noticed quite a few mobile cameras. I was on the way home from work last week when I got flashed and waved at by a BMW X5, telling me to slow down. Thought it a bit strange as the road we were on was a 60mph road but then realized that after half a mile it becomes a 30mph and sure enough, after a blind corner on a crest there were 3 jam sandwiches with 3 bobbies, 1 of which was pointing a laser gun at us. Luckily we had slowed down to the correct speed but you could tell in his face that he was not happy that we were no speeding. Surely they should have put up notices shouldn't they? Th…

Just before I moved house I had to park me pride and joy over the road at my neighbours house! For reasons I will not go into great detail about. ;) Now, finally tomorrow Mrs T has agreed to let me go and get my baby back...me 300 has been laid up over the road from the old house since before Crimbo and last time I visited she was covered in mold inside from damp. Q. Will she start? Can't wait, love the MR-2 to bits but I have so much green invested in the 300...looking forward to tomorrow now! :) Wish me luck eh? ;) Me: "Oiiiiiii, woman, get the jump leads! LOL" :)

  8. Had a few people saying I made the wrong turbo choice, they will have too much lag, stock blowers will beat you off the lights etc etc.No way could I see a stock blower Z passing this car off the mark. Well they look very impressive to me 10.89@128mph. look at the way that car can launch with the RPS carbon clutch,This car does not even have NOS    :duffer: http://www.turboclutch.com/zhound108.wmv

I had more fun in an NA today than I've had in a TT for a while. :hyper: I took Cerina's car to Halfords today to get some insulation tape- anyway to get to the point. The roads were wet and I was alone so I thought I'd see how the old girl handles with her racing Diff !. I gave it some welly in Halfords car park and got her drifting. Wow it feels so much different to my TT it was smooth and so easy to drift, I felt like a pro !!!. I couldn't help myself on the way back and just had to drift round a few more corners  The only down side of the diff is that you do get a clucking sound from the back when turning at low speed. Can't …

Hello chaps, Have finally managed to get a driver downloaded from driverguide.com for the Rockwell internal modem on my PC which is now running XP-Pro. All is working fine, can now connect to the ISP but instead of the modem speaker knocking off once connected it's staying on...have disabled the speaker in modem properties on the Internet Connection and also knocked the modem speaker volume down via control panel but it's still staying on while I'm surfing...which to be honest is becoming fookin' annoying! :( Help! TIA

Anyone seen these blow off / dump valves for sale on ebay here ? Anyone got them, anyone got any opinions on them? Look similar to the Apexi's but are very very cheap versions... are they likely to be any good??? Guess there's no fitting kit with them so how difficult would they be to fit? I'd need to get the right size pipes and block off the recirc pipes I assume? David

When I try and connect to the internet with my laptop, I get Error Message: The page cannot be displayed. Seems to have occurred after I removed some pop-up software. Laptop is connected to a cable modem/desktop via a Netgear wi-fi router. The Netgear icons show a good internet connection but no pages are being displayed in the IE browser. Microsoft's website suggests a solution involving modifying the registry  , which TBH, is a little daunting with my limited IT knowledge. Before being ripped off by my local repair shop, is there anything I can try to resolve the problem. Running XP with IE version 6. Cheers Shahid

Ok, seing as my manual Z is off the road for a while, I have borrowed an Alfa 166 3.0 V6 auto thingy.... I am new to driving auto cars, and was under the impression the gearbox knew exactly what you wanted to do all the time......... So @ like 70-80-90 mph on the m-way, in auto mode, this thing REFUSES to kick down into 3rd, the only way to do it is to switch to sport and do it yourself. It's a bit annoying, as I would have thought it would have figured out itself to drop a cog..... Is this the same on a Z??? Does the auto Z change gear by itself at these speeds? TBH, up to 50mph the thing will go through the gears itself in auto mode no trouble, but…

Hi all, Went down to visit some friends in Enfield, and saw Tesco Petrol at a low 77.3 pence. But... I put just over half a tank in. Then on the way back home the car was jurking and the sound from the engine was not good. Just got home, and did a ECU Diagnostics and found out the crap petrol was causing detonation :( . So just watch out what petrol you use. Alastair.
