Well It did work as I have not had a cig since March 28th and have no desire to spark one up. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=30229&page=2&pp=40&highlight=official However my metabolism has slowed down due to quitting,I have gone from 18 stone 6lbs,to 20 stone and 4 lbs FFS.I am not eating anymore than I was before FACT! Should I stick it out and make Chunk feel slim at Billing,or should I go on the Duffer Diet?

Had loads of fun trying to get under the zed at the weekend. No trolley jack so had to use ramps. But there was no way she was going up them without grinding. So had to do a quick whizz round the neighbours collecting various chunks of wood to build up the gradient. Hoping to be a 10 minute job doing the oil and filter, could not shift the dam filter. Had one of them naff halfords chain wrench. Still she's all done now, about 2000 miles overdue! Done me last 2 plugs as well- not as bad a job as I thought. Good feeling having done the work myself. Centre prop bearing next- beware, will be calling one of you guys if it goes pear shaped!

Right, what is going on? It has come to my attention that Mark Hanley has stepped down from his post as Club Sec and to be honest I am not impressed about this. Mark has IMHO done a cracking job while he's been doing this role for this forum. Can I also point out that also IMO there are some absolute free loaders doing a good impression of members of European Parliament in power on this forum. Like for instance AndrewG, when was the last time he posted on this forum, where is his input? How did he get to where he is now as a member of the head honchos of this board? P1ssed off with this, not gonna bleat on about being a share holder so you can can…

I have a question for you all, i bumped into a Z owner in reading who was quite rude :slap: and wasn't interested in the club :nono: . all i did was ask him if he was in it as it was a Z. So my question to you all is if he spent £40K on his Z what sort of BHP do you think it would be pushing?

For a while now I've been kicking around the idea of digging a pit in my garage and after spending today clearing out all the junk, I've now got plenty of room for one, plus work benches...I can finally move in there now! Did a search on Google for any DIY guides but didn't turn up much except for an obscure American archived thread. They mentioned you might need permission from the local authority, and suggested a few things: "Lining the walls with concrete block, covered in a concrete and fiberglass mix that will bond them as strong as concrete." "Depending on your water table, you might need to dig extra deep and make a french drain with gravel under a duck-b…

Was looking to get some water wetter, saw the price in the UK redline website £19.98 Then saw the exact same thing on a US website for $8.49 :mac1: That's £4.65 AFTER profit margin. Thats a 430% markup  [sarcasm] Hmmm import tax must be really high or maybe they should stop shipping it in on private jets - per bottle [/sarcasm]

Had a bit of an ususual siteing last night on the Formby bypass. Was waiting at the lights by Tescos and what comes flying past at atleast 130mph but a V6 Vauxhall Cavelear (spelling). Bearing in mind the lights were on red and cars crossing the junction this vauxhall just flew past followed very closely by a police van. It was a hell of a site. Quite frightening to watch as he flew past me in the next lane just missing cars which where crossing the junction. Im guessing the car was nicked but what a :xxx: . If he would have hit another car then its byebye everyone at the speed he was going. Just wandering if anyone else round here heard about this …
