Im replacing the sender and ordered a new connector off Mike Feeney as its brittle and broken. Its got to be something to do with the Temp sender or connector as its the only thing ive touched from when it was working...

Jack it up with wheel off and you should havem plenty of room to get a long bar in there.

Try WD40 as it soak into the thread-im not sure oil will do anything.

Might be a stupid question but have you soaked the bolts in WD40 or similar. Whatever you do DONT snap the bolts off!

Safety Boost back again this morning.... was working fine again last night,but me being in the inquisitive type decided to take the water temp sender unit out-clean and replace-now ive got safety boost again and cant get rid of it!

U stil would need air going in to force the smoke out tho. Good idea to find ther location of the leak tho mate

Im thinking of changing my front discs..no hang on ive got to change my discs soon. I might get some Brembos 150 quid is a good price mate.

i know somebody who is selling one for 120 quid. 1.is this the right price. 2.What else do i need to fit this to my car. Like do i need a new ECU ect? As you can guess i hate electrics! i was only thinking of running .8 or .9 bar anyway... any help appreciated.

Well i found the discs are just really like a spacer between the hub and wheel. Use two bolts threaded into the holes you talked about to pull the disc off as they will probably be corroded/rusted on. The new discs will just slide in over the stud bolts and hey presto.

The 2 threads are for two bolts to go in to push the disc off the hub.(well thats what i use them for anyway!) Honestly mate its an easy job and shouldnt take more than an hour to do both.

My Skyline had a small metal disc in the inner door handle. When i got out after touching it i never got shocked again.!

Nobody sets dates-Im early always availiable in the evenings. Could have an Evening meet when weather gets better. Or you could come down to Thetford for a weekly jap meet.

Well tried a few things to resolve this and succeeded as a porsche driver found out as he couldnt lose me lol...while i was grappling with the steering wheel to stop wheel spin! No seriously i deffo was in saftey boost,so i tried a few things. 1.tightend all fuel line clips and discovered some were loose. 2.found a split in fuel pipe near filter so cut it back and put back on. 3.When doing above i discovered a black straw like thing pushed into the fuel line-surely this must be resricting fuel flow so ive removed it! 4.Discovered temp sensor connector was nearly off and gunked up on the inside( i only cleaned it 3 months ago!)Its not sitting right on the sensor so i will need a new one soon. 5.Put some Optimax in 6.Tightend Turbo pipes and any other bost pipes i could get to. Now m running 0.6 bar again! :hyper: Thanks guys for the Advice
