  1. The Z has gone in for it's engine swap, fingers crossed it's going to go ok for me, every pipe / vac hose is being replaced on the new engine including the plenum bypass, timing belt, water pump, plugs etc.:clap::thumbup:
  2. I think that wheel design is letting your car down mate, I think it's the way the spokes narrow and curve inwards, I just don't think they suit your car (look like a burnt starfish), I'd change them out for something else, Azev 5 spokes or Volks etc. Don't shoot me!!! The wheels that Baz had on his car would look BADASS!! Think they were a 7-8 spoke
  3. MOTHERF***ERS!!!:cursing: Sorry to hear this mate:no:
  4. That spoiler is GICK!!:hurl::hurl:
  5. Loving that car of yours Baz, is she a tt? Get some more pics up:thumbup:
  6. Done a quick search but not much info about them. I can get a set of 245/35/18's and 285/30/18's for €530. Read some good reviews but would like real world opinions from other Zedders, I know JimmyTT has them and Pete was thinking of getting them... What are they like??? Wet and dry driving??? Any feedback?? Thanks
  7. Sorry to hear about you wheel mishap Gaz:scared: Hopefully not the end of the world:thumbup1:
  8. To be quite honest, it was parked up and forgotten about!! Only reignited my passion for it when the recession started to ease off in March this year. In that time I've spent a solid fortune on it.
  9. 6 years off the road with a knackered engine! Do I qualify?? Hopefully back on the road in the coming weeks:thumbup1:
  10. He didn't rip me off Pete, it's Richard Smith he had the cheek to say "Lacked common sense". I was just stating that some places will advertise one thing and send you another knowing that it isn't worth the hassle for people to chase after, thereby getting rid of unwanted or defunct/obsolete stock. The buyer will probably throw it in a drawer as "it was only a fiver" only to throw it out a year down the road!
  11. Sorry graham, the cake got destroyed, I got a bit distracted!!!:tt2::lol:
  12. I'm going to be fitting the rear Evo's also Steve, so they'll all match up nicely. There are two places designing brackets for these rears which enables you to run bigger discs without interfering with the brake bias much. In fact it will have the same bias as the R34 GTR's.:punk: Should have some news back on these in a month or so:thumbup:
  13. Thanks Joel, yeah, I may get them tested. I don't think John Dixon was the type of guy to shaft anyone, but I'll be well pissed if I've been F*cked over again especially since the last time was over a fuel rail and injectors also:whistling:.
  14. Got to work on the Calipers, gave them a good clean and applied my new Heat resistant Logo's. I went for silver rather than the usual white logo's.:thumbup1: Before After Think they look totally different and really classy with the silver breaking up the red.
  15. Again you're back to people who think "I'll F*ck a few guys over with cheap Tat, make a few quid as it's only £5.88, so most people will just let it slide as by the time they pay for postage there's feck all money left to make back.. Let him have it with both barrels Rich:gun_bandana:
  16. God I hope they're not, I paid a lot of money for them after being ripped off for a set once already!!! John Dixon would have been a straight up guy and I trust he didn't shaft me.. See posts below..
  17. I've no original parts on these.. So everything will have to be brand new!! Just getting the small bits and pieces until I get a few quid in:thumbup1: Brembo apparently don't distribute the 46mm piston for the Evo calipers, so I'm keeping an eye out for either a wrecked set for spares or a brand new set of aftermarket ones, no cash at the min with the pickup being done. I've sourced a stainless steel set in the U.S. But they're big bucks!!
  18. Yup, at least that's what I ordered:biggrin:
  19. These turned up in the post today:biggrin:
  20. HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRAHAM!! Got the Mrs to bake ya a cake:biggrin:
  21. Nice job, going to be doing something like this myself... But I won't be splitting the calipers!!!
  22. Was my green one an aftermarket rear panel so Andy??
  23. Nice work Gaz:thumbup:. Been busy myself today, finished polishing up the exhausts and rooted out the 2 1/2" test pipes? I think that's what they're called. Came to an agreement with the powdercoaters:yes: These arrived in the post today.. I'll have an update on this tomorrow :thumbup1:
  24. Holy Sh*t, just re read my post, I'm rambling on!! That's what staying up till 5am playing Call of Duty with a bunch of Scotsmen does to ya!!
