1996 NA subframe
I can get the full subframe with the exception of the diff for €100, that's €200 less than the Driftworks kit, is it worth buying the subframe and then trying to source a diff elsewhere?? Would a NA diff be expensive??

1996 NA subframe
How much would a NA diff and prop joint cost??

1996 NA subframe
Maybe I'll just get the Hicas delete kit from Driftworks, I can get a NA subframe with hubs etc but no diff for €100. I'd still have to get a diff and the prop joint.

What did you do to your zed today?
Back up to the mechanics today, turbos, intercoolers, Koyo Radiator and lights all taken down and shelved ready for fitting when she goes in on the 24th of August for 5 days of intense work:thumbup:. Took down the exhaust system and brought them home for Jay (Dutchgold), also found a full cream and tan interior that's brand new and never fitted, Had totally forgotten about these:biggrin: What are they worth?? Have 2 sets of brand new performance radiator hoses so will be letting one set go up for sale, they cost £96 from Z centre only last week!!

1996 NA subframe
Thanks Dougal:thumbup1: Gaz, I don't know if there's anything wrong with it but when everything else is being done I might as well delete it. It's just another thing that can go wrong:thumbdown:

Has the Z32 300zx come of age?
I for one can't wait to get the Z back on the road, I've spent the last 10 years buying bits and pieces to make my car a worthy part of this club, In all those years I've probably actually driven the car for a total of 8 months! I've followed other peoples project threads for a lot of that time getting ideas on how to make my car as pristine as possible and now I'm finally at the stage where it all comes together. Simon (Funkysi), Joel (JoelyP), Dougal, Andrew, Lee (Jaikai), Mac1, Dave (CarMad), Brian, Steams, Jaffa, Stephen, Slick Pete, Groover, Mondo, Baz, Kirbs, Jay, Ian, Richard, Smithy, Danny, Gary etc.... the list goes on of people that have had and still have a true appreciation for this Legend of a car. I was away for a few years and still there are a lot of old and new faces on here that welcome everybody with helpful and insightful opinions. You are all a credit to this club and to the Z32 300zx. You are the people that has made this car into the Legend status it deserves. My compliments to all you members that have spent countless hours and pounds to try out different ideas, modifications and tuning to create automotive masterpieces! I hope to be around this forum for at least another 10 years as my 11 yr old son now wants this car to be passed onto him. This is my dream.. to be able to have a common interest with Cameron that we can work on together.

Trims
I got mine from Luke at the Z Centre as he was a pure gentleman in honouring an £800 deposit from 2005!! You could also PM Mr. F (Mike) at MJP in the Traders section, He's also a pure gentleman to deal with and can be cheaper than Luke:thumbup1:

Trims
Sorry Raph, I ordered replacement trims for my car, the three roof trims, windscreen pillar trims and the side window trims, These are on route as we speak along with every pipe and fitting for my engine, got the new scuttle panel trims back in March. Hopefully starting to get it up and running in the next few weeks:thumbup1:

Speedo needle.
I'd say you'd have to get a junked set and remove one from it. Someone might be along that has a knackered set.

Going skiing with your ZX!
Yeah, you'd want to be a totally pretentious, stuck up Knob to drive a Z around with skis on the roof:thumbdown:
