Hi guys, looking for a flex plate for the torque converter on a TT auto transmission if anyone has one??

I'm putting a Pioneer DEH-8700 DAB in my daily, Halfords have them on sale for €190 (£150ish). Handsfree, usb, DAB and bluetooth.

Had a good chat with Jimmer the other day, we’ve decided to bite the bullet and pull the trigger on a full forged engine rebuild, block, heads the whole hog. Still hoping to have it on the road for summer ‘18, we’ll have to see how it goes though, at least I know it will be bombproof :thumbup:

I think I’ve 2-3 clutch pedals out in the shed, not sure which ones but if you find out I can check for you :thumbup1:

Chap was telling me that he was having trouble shifting a Z a few years back, he'd had it advertised for months. Let the ad expire, left it for a few months more, then whacked it up as a "Barn Find". Sold it within a week and had 3 - 4 people trying to buy it:laugh:

So, going to concentrate on Redzer for a bit, hopefully collecting my custom centre’s for the Veilsides on Thursday, also got my custom Veilside Badges made up to go on them when I get them. Just unbolt and cut the sealer, change lips or barrels, reseal and bolt back together, I’ll be getting my mate that did my Veilsides to sort mine out, he’s built a set of 13x18 and 15x18 Workmeister’s:thumbup1:

7. 2 pairs of front hub/ fuca units incl brackets etc and a pair of TT rear driveshafts 8. TT steering rack and 2x front rack supports 9. 1x Trust back box, 1x Scorpion back box with 2.5” decats and H-pipe 10. A selection of front suspension arms, tie rods etc all in excellent condition 11. 2 pairs of Headlights, 1 pair of front fog lights including the bar and a boot blind. There’s OEM Intercoolers, aircon rads, targas etc. This is just what was lying in the car!! I haven’t gotten near the shed yet:scared: but he’s told me that it’s all pretty much been dry stored for 20 odd years. I’m on beans and toast until Friday when the chap comes to collect the car and then it’s all gravy after that :clap: Just goes to show that if you treat people with respect and manners, they don’t forget it. I’ve known about this guy for about a year now and he asked me not to tell anyone about his stash. I kept my word and he told me that I was his 1st and only choice for the job lot, he wouldn’t have given any of it to anybody else :thumbup1: Nice result for the both of us:yes:

I stumbled across them when talking to a guy who knew a guy. Have found another set in 19”, black centers though, 8.5” & 9.5” x 19”, offsets are a bit off :whistling: though. Et 26 front and et 14 rear, mega expensive but I told him to fire them onto my account for the minute until I decide whether they’re worth something to someone :whistling::lol: Could be refurbished and polished or repainted and swap out a lip or barrel to get the desired offset

Selling a 91 TT (with engine knock) for parts or project, is pretty much stripped out everywhere excluding the engine bay. Car is in Ireland

Got two of my Equips today:clap: one front , one rear:biggrin: Hopefully have the car down to Bristol in the coming weeks:yes:

Pulled the trigger on this :scared: don’t have a clue where everything is going but I’ve all the parts I needed for the shortie included so it will save me in the long run. Collecting everything except the rolling shell with engine fitted on Friday and will see what’s available. Already had interest in the Impul ECU and a company specializing in drift cars wants to by all the driveshafts and gearbox off me:yes: Haven’t promised anything yet till I actually know what I have bought :whistling:.

Nah Jay, yeah, I was thinking of taking the lot, as I need a rear TT subframe and gearbox for the Shortie, Also that red TT has plenty of bits, like matching wings, mirrors, bonnet etc, which would tidy up mine a bit more:yes: Oh!! and a windscreen, mine is cracked at the bottom drivers side. Was thinking of taking what I need and selling on the rest:innocent:

So, got a call last week from a man who found out I had a few Zeds:innocent: Said he was clearing out his sheds, that he had a few Z32 bits and would I be interested in taking the lot off him:whistling: Called over on Monday to have a look and been debating whether or not to spend even more money in the "World of Zed" Anyways, here's what I found..... 1 x Red Jap TT manual, has tall spoiler, needs dash, carpet, full interior and an engine rebuild, as it has a knock. 1 x UK red rear bumper with fogs fitted. 3 x TT rear Subframes complete with diffs, drive shafts, hubs etc (can't recall if they've calipers attached). 1 x pair front calipers with GTR discs and adapter brackets. 4 x Manual TT ECU's (1 Impul and 1 Zedworld). 3 x Clutch assemblies. 2 x Manual gearboxes. (I've one got for my SWB). 8 x Targa Tops. 2 x door mirrors. 1 x UK clocks with no perspex cover. 1 x Speedo binaccle cover. 1 x pair of 2.5" Scorpion stainless back boxes. 1 x 2.5" stainless H-Pipe. 2 x pair of stainless downpipes. A selection of wings, bonnets, doors, lights, Hicas ECU's. Other Z related stuff that I've missed:innocent: Soooo, what do you guys reckon?? Is it worth much??:innocent: How much should I offer him??
