It hasn't really Joel, I gave proper advice regarding collecting of evidence, then reporting it "off the record" to the Police who can then in turn keep an eye on the situation. You shouldn't have to live like this!!!! Put up a few camera's watching both sides of the street, get EVERYTHING on memory stick, contact a Community Liason Officer and make him aware of your problems. Get it all on record Russ, you can make a statement to the Police to go on “the record” but without them acting on it, slowly build up a profile of him every time he does something intimidating or aggressive, report it. Get your cctv and start keeping evidence, you will eventually build up enough of a profile that the Police will eventually act on anti social behaviour, if he kicks off, you’ll just be getting more evidence against him:yes: I’m “under threat” with my job, had dirtbirds roaring and shouting threats at the house damaging vehicles and worse, installed a €7.5k security system, 360* CCTV, LED Floodlighting, upgraded monitored alarm. Had an armed unit in the house at one point, they were all made aware that I now have this “State of the Art” system and as I live in a Cul de sac, anyone of interest will be shown to the Gardai (Irish Police) and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Haven’t had anyone near here in 24 months, plus I’m covered if I do defend myself (which I’m quite capable of doing) as its all recorded with the proper authorities:thumbup1:
