  2. Ah yeah!! Rub it in why don't ya!!
  3. So which kit do I go with? is it the Hi-LO H3's??
  4. Cheers mate:thumbup1: I've decided I'm not going to rush things, I'll take my time and spend the next two weeks getting organised, I've a couple of guys in work with nothing to do so they've been given the job of prepping for powdercoating, I've ordered a metal polishing kit off ebay for the anglegrinder and i'll get the above bolts also. Thanks for the help
  5. What size/type of bolts fit all the plenum holes?? My mechanic only gave me the bare plenum with the exception of the fitted pipes, i've put those bolts into the threads.
  6. Thanks Graham, now do I go with Gold,Chrome or Stainless bolts?? I'm going to get both sides of the centers done so that I have the option of both looks . The only problem I envisage is with the center bolts, I think it may be overkill matching the rim bolts to the center ones ie. if I go for gold like they were originally it would be too much putting gold in the centers. Then again they might be the dogs danglies!! I guess a bit of trial and error coming up:biggrin:
  7. I've turned the centres backwards on the ones on the right hand side, I think they look pretty cool! Any thoughts??
  8. Part 3. 11. 12. 13. 14. 15. These are now ready for the first polish cut!
  9. Part 2. 6. 7. 8. 9. 10. Part 3. Coming up:thumbup1:
  10. Said I'd do a complete step by step of my Veilside Andrews refurb, 1. Bolts removed. 2. 3. 4. 5.
  11. Where's Funkysi when I need him!!
  12. Ooh! They look nice! How much you selling the adapters for??
  13. In what order do you Detail your car?? wash , clay bar, wash?, polish and then wax?? or do you wash, clay bar, wax?
  14. I agree with the guys, if you start messing around with electrics to install keyless entry, it's just another way for your Z to Feck up your day!!
  15. Yeah, I'll be doing the same but at the moment I need to get her running, I only bought the wax because I'd be afraid I'd forget where I saw it:lol:
  16. The powder coaters said that they'll do the prep work to include smoothing the castings, they've been told that I want a smooth shiny finish, which they promised to do, so it's down to them, I told them I had a couple of guys in work that would prep them and they said they'd rather do it themselves. Can I get the throttle bodies powder coated also?? I've removed everything off them also but there is a little plastic ring that kind of protects the bar to stop metal hitting metal, does that matter?? I had a go at them with the Dremel this evening.. Not too bad for a first time effort :thumbup1:
  17. I think mine are a bit scruffy, also the Evo Brembos look a lot bigger so would look well behind my Veilsides:biggrin: they also have had a nice fresh paint job. I was thinking I could selly GTR's to cover the cost of new discs and the Brembo hardware for the calipers??
  18. Anyone have any comments on this?? Are they worth it at that kind of money for front and rears?? Is it worth my while getting rears?? I need different discs and a mounting bracket, so what do you guys think?? Let it pass and leave my GTR fronts on?
  19. I'd be getting them as is for €200 which is £140
  20. What other bits can be deleted from the plenum when its off??
  21. Thanks Graham, i'll o a search on throttle body bypass
