  10. have you checked your diff oil?
  11. indeed, the one with the yellow plug and 2 spades is the important one, that 1 sends the water temp signal to the ecu. with that unplugged your electric fan would be constantly on and no doubt some ecu error codes. Joel
  12. cheema what are your initials?
  13. J30LY P now belongs to me... got a grilling from the dvla bloke though, he picked up that i may attempt to rearrange the letters as soon as i gave him my real name and then he pretty much threated to kill me, the mrs, the dog and all the fish if i tried to rearrange the lettering! :nono: now all i need to do is shift this car on and get this reg on my new'un... otherwise its goin on the poobaru until further notice :hurl: didnt really wanna give the poobaru the satisfaction of having sumthing so cool on it lol!

  18. how much does this saw system cost? where is it avail to buy?
  19. talking out of their backsides chris... the jumbos and various bigger kites do have bogies that steer on the ground and operate to assist in exactly the same way as the nose wheel steering but at a limited angle. these cannot be operated without air/ground sensing being on the ground and only below a certain speed (less than 50mph iirc)... landing the aircraft with either the nose wheel or mainwheel at any +or- angle would have devistating effects! i hope it was an undercarriage stress test as the pilot showed no signs of trying to correct the crab before touchdown lol, normally they are trained to touchdown both mains simultaneously by exiting the crab at the last minute. though pilots that arent particularly good at there job, with heavy landings etc keep me employed and keep the overtime topped up! Joel :)
  20. if you are stretching your price range to the limit, i wouldnt bother... if you still like zeds buy 'the rat'. you will have a pocket full of change to personalise it and i would put money on it that the rat would cost you alot less in the long run than any of the cars you have listed other than maybe the s14a (which as nice as they are, they dont quite have the same 'road presence' as the zed imo). bmw currently charge 120quid an hour labour... paul@swz will take you engine out, change your tubs and put the engine back in for 500bucks! if u get a tvr u are a glutton for punishment. it seems the nsx is out of your price range and even if you do stretch to it youll b looking at an early g reg with high miles (then wait till that needs some work!) for me it seems your only realistic option is the s14a, but even then you are going to want to tune/modify it so why not just get a nice good example zed and enjoy what you know you like in a community that you are so well established in :) all imo ofc Joel
  21. fair point matey!
