  1. happy days... buy your kids some 99 spec rear lights? ;) :p
  2. swb doors are for cool people and lwb doors are for family winkies or non winkies with zed estates!
  3. torching the car would be quicker though?
  4. indeedy... then again thats why a colour change repaint is so expensive
  5. :( so it looks like it is legit... thoughts to all the friends and families of the late Brian. does any1 know if he was a member on here? as for wanting a red 93 300zx to be driven around like a tw@ with the police spectating and no apparent consequences... 'id like to offer you the investment you are after with a 0% stake in the equity!'
  6. i hope he jacked the rear or got a low loader? ;)
  7. grrr :headvswal ... ye old faithful
  8. why on earth would u wanna do that stu? thinking of a change to red streak if it doesnt sell ;)
  9. its not 'too bad' but it has several blemishes... also, the rear bumper is a different shade, the front bumper has paint cracking around the fog lenses.. etc etc. im too much of a perfectionist to warrant carrying out detailing on it... the saying goes 'you cant polish a turd!
  10. Pics of red Zeds... need some inspiration to stay in the; nasty ferrari wannabe.. oh, look at me, iv got a sports car!.. club nice 1 from funky si to start... loving this finish...
  11. loving the pinky purple refectors... tbh... i dont think i could ever warrant the expenditure of a colour change repaint :( i have to agree about this pic... loving the finish and sheen from the depth of the paint... wonder what that looks like up close and personal, looks like its been shopped a little?
  12. si ffs did you have to? now im gonna have to start another post asking how i can make my zed 6 inches shorter!
  13. absolutely no chance... this has far too much invested in it! a grand  more like 3+ :( :headvswal
  14. not red, red negative, redless, a decent colour, red minus red = another colour other than red...
  15. alternatively, if you can get access to a conzult or datascan im sure they can do what your after... though im also fairly sure if you leave the battery disconnected for a certain period of time this also clears the memory?
  16. thanks for the input guys.. correctomondo dave about the obd2 add-ons for my car pc... as you prolly know, the front end software (centrafuse) has an inbuilt obd2 reader built into it which shows just about everything i need to see. i currently have a live datascan feed which can be opened through centrafuse but unfortunately when i open the 'dashboard' function it opens it up in a new window which sits over the top of the front end rather than inside it :( maybe i should start a new thread for peeps experienced with hacking source code... i need the dashboard function to come straight up when i click the datascan exe?
  17. i understand the later Zeds used OBD II diagnostic facilities... is it possible and what would i need to convert le Zed to OBD II?
  18. agreed... the front bumper has more character, liking that... i like the way the boot lid to rear quarter join now joins the top of the rear corner window... give the car a nice stance imo. though i have to agree about the lights... they kill it for me. a small redesign of the shape of them would.. in my eyes make it the best looking hair dressers car on the market!
  19. other than selling my grey one and buying a red one... installing a car pc.. what a n0b idea that was!
  20. HB Isaac... have a corker
