theres one there somewhere... been a while since i installed my carpc but when i did i distincly remember finding power for both accessory positions. have you had a good prod? do your gauges give an audible warning or just flash/illuminate? if they just flash then id leave them, at least it demonstrates that they are functioning correctly..

unless you use an etch primer... which does the same effective job as phosphate coatings such as aluchrom 1200... though i think on a production line its more practical to dip which i assume is why they tend to galvanise in a molten zinc dip

poke around the oem stereo loom wires with a multimeter... there is one in that loom...
