  9. i think thats the most sensible advice to take... there are some wild ideas being thrown around in this thread but the ultimate goal is the best looking on stock arches. i run basically the same as daves (legrath) guide. if you start pushing the boundaries to make it look good by playing with camber and tyre widths your going to sacrifice handling... there are cars for show... and there are cars for go... i think i have an idea what category yours should fall in!
  10. compañero del feliz cumpleaños :balloon:
  11. we had a ups 767 come into our hangar the other day after having a close shave with catastophic disater! the drains at the bottom of the fuselage were blocked, it started to fill up with water, the water froze which was around the cable run for the stabilisers... the pilots were yanking like fook to control the bloody thing :helpsmilie: imagine if your pallet was on that and it found itself a new home at the bottom of the atlantic!
  12. gettin close me old fruit...

  14. wahey... christmas has come early for you... or late?
  15. lol.. i had several bt engineers round my place a while back when having a line installed at my new place... i asked them the same question and they all blabbered on about filtering but had no idea about what it actually does or how it does it! prolly just a simple scam based on psychiological curiosity... nevertheless... iv just ordered 1  for £1.20 its worth a poke lol

  17. seasons greetings and a happy new easter
  18. party is over chaps!
  19. did you read about the woman that got scammed this way?.. she sees an advert for a car for sale she likes (iirc it was a mk5 golf), phones up and asks to view. he asks where shes travelling from to give directions and says 'youre only round the corner from me, il bring it round'... this suited her as she was a busy person. he took it round, she liked it and paid him there and then. a few days later the car is gone! he had a spare key and just took the fooker back... it had cloned plates on it so was then untraceable.
  20. the na rad is physically too wide for the tt... it will not clear the pipework to the intercoolers, so even if you do manage to modify the mount points... ya boogered!
