  1. 20-25 quid on oil  do you get your oil from tescos?
  2. funky si has come out of the closet, legraths slicktop is finally still off the road! graham s has got a contract with hollywood to star in a zorro film, hellraiser fell in love with forced induction and is neglecting his na, madmax decided he didnt want his zed anymore and sold it to me, jason farrow went to get his zed out of the garage but the tyres had bonded themselves to the floor :p stella has moved to germany to play the m sport game, slickpete fell into a chrome plating bath and is now sitting on vinz' mantelpiece... mantav8 missed boldy too much and came home, the club constitution changed with the introduction of the new goverment and zedwizz had a bright idea!
  3. avgas is the way forward...
  4. boldy, fyi, they are to replace the rear camber arm bushings which already have eccentric bolt adjustment as oem. they replace like for like but with poly... for the fronts you'll need either a shim kit or the adjustable arms.
  5. happy birthdaay dude!
  6. why not the dv30 that you recommend?
  7. i hope you're taking lots of pictures... photo diaries are cool :)
  8. you changed your recircs recently didnt you si? did you fit the dv30?
  9. it will without recircs fitted... which quavey wont. i wasn't saying they are the best way of doing it and agree with you 100% si (thus why i dont have bovs) i was merely explaining the philosophy behind what he has fitted :)
  10. always amazes me why them duct mount bolts form a seal in the coolers, my greddys are like that, poor design asking for trouble... this sort of thing keeps murphy employed!
  11. you bled spain dry!.. now your back to finish the uk off :cool2: welcome back bud
  12. lol, its not that your bovs are in the wrong place, just maybe not the best... when the engine is sucking in a shed load of air and you release the throttle, all the demand for air in the pots deminishes but the tubbies are still spooled up creating pressure which needs to go somewhere. it would try to exit back out the intake as this is now its only escape, but to get out it has to go back through the turbos causing it to stall and reverse direction suddenly potentially causing damage to the turbo over time. the bov simply releases this air pressure to atmosphere and the most effecient place to do it is asap! sorry if i am teaching people to suck eggs but i dont want quavey tearing his plumbing apart thinking all hell would break loose!
  13. ouch! bov's are in the right place tough... they should be as close to the pots as possible and the plenum intake is as good as you'll get.
  14. i wonder what time that got on the 1\4 mile?
  15. http://avherald.com/h?article=42cf6032&opt=0
  16. who cares how much power they make... now you know you have them, plaster the car with HKS stickers top to bottom!
  17. oh know.... she's back! :helpsmilie: :devil2:
  18. do any of you 2 want a start button to match your rear fog switch?
  19. its a good material to use in the right places and will be around for some time but there i no need to leave it unpainted and slip into that stereotypical current styling/fashion malarky. [spotter mode]the boeing 787 has a carbon fibre fuselage[/spotter mode]
  20. who cares... it could be called a zangle mcdangleberry and it would still be cool as f**k!
  21. mine had a single exit kakimoto on it when i bought it and that sounded fookin awesome! bit loud for me though :(
  22. i'm a qualified advanced composite engineer and regularly work with glass/carbon/aramid fibres as part of my working day :chinese: (applause)... though my camera doesn't zoom in quite as far as that!
