265 tyres sound a bit big for 8.5" rims to me? My fronts are 8.5" with 245's and they are over the edge of the rim. I've got 285's on 10" rims on the rear and I could maybe have fitted 295's but they would be about as big as I could go. I know the width will be slightly different on a 19" rim to my 18's but even so...
  2. Peter called me today to say it looks shite and it's the worst job he's done. He told me he didn't dare tell Macca and said he was leaving the country tonight LMAO :D
  3. Hey Chris you were meant to call me about a flamer after the last GPS open day ;) Wouldn't work very well at the moment as the car is fooked but may as well prepare for those late nights at Billing :D
  4. Yeah but not sure about the car you chose ;)
  5. That's not TOO bad, at least it doesn't look like it came out of a cornflake packet.
  6. You cheeky twatsters! :p That looks nothing like my badges! :D At least I've copied from a few different people mate and not done the whole lot from a single photo LOL Some of my influences and thanks in a Z Oscars kind of way :D Tony Lack - Saw his Scarab front and loved it. GPS Johnny - It was his car that I first saw the rear/wide arch kit on and had to have it. Andy Elephant - His awesome Z gave me the idea for the side skirts blending in. Macca - Wheels, wide arches, loads of great little finishing touches and making me KNOW I NEED a car like his and costing me huge amounts of cash! Timmy Turbot - For taking the piss all the time :D
  7. As Stuart said, we should have waited for the UN and inspectors to do their job. It was a complete waste of time sending the inspectors back if they haven't been allowed to finish. It would probably have happened anyway in the end but they should have waited. Now it's on though lets kick Sadmans butt!
  8. LMFAO! Have you seen the trick where the Ginger Wizard prizes his cap off with a magic fork and spins it on the end of his sword as the grand finale?! :D
  9. Having said that, Timmy was pissed so probably meant it :D
  10. Has he taken the bog roll off the gear stick after Billing? ;)
  11. Hey Roy, for such a big man you have a weedy car. Join the hardcore Z crew, you know it makes sense :D LMAO
  12. I love it! Just look at the attention to detail on the rear end/lights and traditional hand crafted interior - true Aston quality ;) Shame that stunning sunroof won't get used here often :( Does it have the name of the guy who assembled the engine stamped on it in the traditional Aston way? I bet it says "Fred Dibnah" on the heads :D I wonder how many Reliant Robins they chopped up to make the panels? :D
  13. I don't mind if she does it the other way round and only has me for the car ;) :D
  14. Hey we could go for a double spit roast with Mrs T providing the second course in a medieval banquet style Z meet orgie! :D :D :D
  15. Without the nose panel on it looks far more aggressive but with it on I think it is still obviously a Z from the front even with the wide arches. From the back it looks more like a Ferrari or something a bit exotic. I never really liked the standard Z rear lights and IMO they are the part of the car that makes it look most dated. It looks like a new car now and nobody knows what it is apart from other Z and Supra owners that have stopped me so it must be pretty recognisable. Pics before the bodykit/respray: It was starting to look it's age...
  16. I'll remind you of your PPS sticker - arse licker LMAO :D
  17. Hey cheeky fvcker! I'll set one of my dogs on you! ;) LOL
  18. Can we have some pics so we can get practicing?! ;) LMAO :D
  19. This way saves me money - I still get the admiring looks from the pavement but I don't have to put fuel in it or burn up tyres :D
  20. You could also try advertising to transvestites: S4X OP LOL :D
  21. Can I turn the spit roast and do a bit of basting if things get dry? LOL :D
  22. At least you've got a nice upgrade out of it all :D
  23. It's going to be a manual soon as the auto box has finally packed in after 2 years of 400bhp thrashing. It's going to be cheaper to convert to manual than get a heavy duty rebuild. It was already using loads of water somewhere and had a bad oil leak which might be why the big end bearings have gone although I've always checked the oil level regularly and topped it up. I just want to find a write off with good engine and manual box so I can do a complete transplant. Will also allow me to replace a few tatty bits of trim. I got the rear chrome badges from Trax last year on a stall selling loads of Ford bits. They took ages to line up and space out correctly as you just buy individual letters. I only put them on at the weekend and still not sure if they are an improvement or not. If anyone wants "NISSAN 300ZX" in these letters I've got them left over. You can have them for a tenner which is what they cost me.
  24. There's a ladyboy called PAULa who keeps saying he/she is going to get his/hers resprayed from gay dark pink to silver but I don't know if he/she's done it yet :D It can't have been this silver one: http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=17424 ;)
