Well the UK's had holes for the washer jets, and you will want a TT one with the slats. The rear bumper is original UK spec (with the fog lights and the wide number plate) so it's your choice which one you prefer.

Removing the seat is not a big job. 4 bolts and a connector, though if you can't move it forward it might be right to get the rear two. Then you could get to the wiring underneath and I guess you could feed the forward motor with 12v
