I was under the impression that the refund one was for dealers and not private sellers. It would be unfair if you could just refund a car after a genuine sale.

So i went to visit this car today. Unfortunately it is worse than i thought :( . The sills and wheel arches are really rusty, there are rips and scuffs in the leather seats, and the interior is bubbled.
