It didn't occur to me that loud exhausts were his style. I thought he would like a quaint quiet exhaust.

Personally that's what I would do too, a thick steel tube section across, strong as nuts, and could actually be used as a proper jack point, but I also understand him wanting to do it with OEM parts, so it's his call.

I have to say I agree with this, it's a show car and it does it's purpose, even if our cars in the club are alot nicer, that will sure attract more attention. It's not like someone put untasteful fibreglass bodykits on because they think it looks nice, they just built it to show and it does have a running theme which catches the eye.
