yes, it can be done (Z1 had a document listing parts that were needed but doesnt seem to be there anymore?!). i believe Eric Lymon has done this himself. apparently is fine @ safety boost of 7psi. prob best to contact Lymon :)

also worth doing a resistance check across the injector connections, although it wont tell you if there is a mechanical defect with the injector nozzle, it well tell you if the solenoid is defective.

if it was an ABS sensor fault then your ABS warning light would be on - more likely a wiring issue to the RLTC unit, are you sure its been soldered in correctly?
