What you have to remember is the car & components on it are around 20 years old! the timing belt is a 60k or 5 year service item. Most recommend the pulleys, tensioner, water pump etc are done at 120k or 10 years - its no good having a brand new timing belt if a 20 year old idler pulley fails!! I done the lot at 120k on mine & would say it is a very good idea, even more so as these vehicles get older :)

for £80 it will be a good test case :D

hmm, my "to do" list: rebuild all the outside & inside once the bodyshop has finished. new wheels & tyres to go on. HID kit to fit. 99 spec rear lights when they get here. upgrade the brakes. fit new engine sitting in my garage with HKS 2530 tubs etc fitted. new leathers for front seats I just bought new trims to go on. new door seals to go on. want a new head unit with ipod control. fit amp & subs that I have had for ages. Oh & would be nice to drive the damn thing soon too!! :D

Just plain black - not very adventurous I know but cant beat a black leather interior IMO! Plus I want it to match up as best as possible to the rears :)

thats the clutch booster tank isnt it? Acts as a reservoir for the clutch servo :)

LOL - I used to work for Lancia back in those days - I remember the successor for the Delta S4 was going to be approaching 1000bhp from its weedy 1700cc 4 pot engine!! :bow: Shame it never made it to race - Lancia sent us all the specs for this new machine. Was awesome! I have never seen the layout before - they used a 4 valve design with the inlets & exhausts in a X fashion - one exhaust & one inlet on either side - this had the advantage of running 2 manifolds, one on either side of the head for maximum gas flow in & out of the twin turbos: Amazing!

Finally some real progress :thumbup: Just got back from my mates - been watching him spray my motor :sorcerer: Managed to take a few pics from the rear of the booth - spoiler, bumpers, trims, handles etc to be done on Monday then put it all back together :wub:

As above - from ebay. To be honest the restoration shop that done all the work said they were not too good shape wise & needed modifying quite a bit to fit so it may just be wise for whoever is doing the work to fabricate their own anyway! :blink:

Mine is 2x new sills & 2x rear repair panels - there is just a skim of filler to blend it all together :)

Not yet matey - not had a chance to get down there. If the gods are looking down it may be painted for this weekend. They have been prepping all this week - bumpers, trims, mirrors, door handles, spoiler etc :w00t: Then I need to put it all back together LOL!
