we charge 2hrs labour for checking & adjusting as standard for a 4 wheel alignment on mercs. we also give a print out of all settings before & after. why they should get upset just coz you asked to see the figures of your car is beyond me :(

0-60 around 5.6 secs as standard top speed depends on if it been deristricted. jap restrictor was 112mph iirc, uk 155mph. deristricted 170mph+ depending on mods ;)

weak hydraulic lifters can sometimes be tricky to pinpoint. the only thing you can try is: with the camshaft lobe pointing away from the element, apply pressure with a screwdriver or lever. a weak element will sometimes compress a little. this isnt always a sure fire way as sometimes they wont do this unless they are under load with the engine running ime.
