hope it does carry on as normal for all of us, as owning a zed is as much about this place & all the members as it is to do with actually driving the car IMO!! :) now i know there is a lot of banter & crap on here but is it really that bad?? i suppose there is some unessasary drivel & hostile posts every now & again but on the whole its a fun & informative place to be isnt it?? thanks to all thats involved in keeping this place going, keep it up guys (& girls ;) ) :D

iv not actually raced it, but iv driven it & its damn fast, he loves my zed tho ;) thinks the way the zed puts the power down is a lot smoother & just keeps on pulling compared to the more "snappy" power of his STi. im gonna have to have a blast with him soon just out of interest, but its very impressive, esp off the line. hopefully hes coming to Billing with me (can we have a scooby parked inbetween a load of zeds?? :D ) so ill have a blat with him on the way up

Iv got a couple of 1.2mm ones if you want - gave me 12psi, so i went down to 1.0mm ones, which i can prob get if you want me to. :)

im not sure if im missing something with turbotimers!! the whole point is to allow oil to carry on circulating after a good hard thrash right?? so what do we do, install a turbotimer to let the car continue to idle after a good pasting - idle, when the oil pressure & flow is the lowest?? just drive off boost for 5 mins before parking up!!! or like i said, am i missing something?? :confused:

beware if you've had illegal (too dark) tints done on youre car. i heard on the news the other day that the police are to be issued with light meters to test your windows - too dark & they will order you not to drive it!! (as well as giving you a fine :( )

shouldnt do unless the shocks are knackered, the jap shocks are the same as the adjustable ones on the hard setting!!

thats a common problem as plastic rads get older - the plastic gets brittle & breaks easily. i wouldnt trust any repair, it would be a weak point that could fail at any point & cause more problems than its worth.

where abouts are you?? i know of a place in Kent that overhauls AC compressors.
