  5. BHP is just a measurement, i dont know why quoting crank bhp would be useless, all manufacturers do this. RWBH will obviously be lower. it is a measurement of the power of the engine. thats it.;)
  6. & no, rear windows are toughened, not laminated ;)
  7. if its a jap car, they have a film on the rear window. you can carefully peel it off

  9. yup, i agree!! my mate at work has got one (well, his dads really), & hes spent the last few months getting it sorted & running after standing for about 10yrs. it was all running & ready to roll, he was gonna bring it in yesterday for an MOT but when he started it it just kept stalling!!! he's so pissed of with it!!
  10. i dont think they have decided on the name yet. GT40 was the preffered name though, even though its taller than 40" ;)
  11. i dont really notice any difference in my UK car either. having said that I only use Optimax, as having a higher octane rating is never a bad thing. I also get the same amount of miles from Optimax as i do from reg unleaded, so may as well use it I say. Its also meant to have additives that keep your engine clean too (no, not on the outside ;) )

i think hypoid 80/90 is recommended (its what i used) although some use Redline MT which is a higher spec synth oil
  13. s'funny, i thought C&A was imbroidered into ladies knickers so they know which way round to put them on  :D
  14. I can get AP Lockheed pads (OE for many manufacturers) for about £30. not fitted zed ones before, but they are usually very good quality
  15. not if just the rears are out of balance. get them all done anyway :)
  16. theres a few things that could cause vibrations 1st, get your wheels balanced, as its the cheapest option then the next most likely suspects are the centre prop mount & rear gearbox mount. HTH
  17. TEE - TEEEEEEEE :D
  18. like andy says, its the cover that does the clamping, an uprated plate is just gonna wear less if it does slip, as its usually made from a harder compound.
  19. no!! thats a subframe bush!! ;) the tension rods are on the front :D
  20. got there at last :D
  21. hang on................... this bit?!?!? ;)
  22. LMFAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOO!!!! :D :D :D
