  2. "i'll teach them to be better looking than me.................just bringing your drinks now, OK"
  3. LOL!! so we all agree on that one then!! :D
  4. a service is a must as theres usually very little history with an import, courtesy in the states do a 60k kit, with all the belts, tensioners water pump seals etc. might be a little expensive but could prove to save £££'s long term. Jap tyres are known for being cak! so unless its got bigger wheels & well known tyres then yes, changing the tyres is probably a good idea too. a CAT1 alarm is gonna have obvious benefits & was one of the 1st things i fitted to mine. PTU is one of those things that could go on forever, or could fail tomorrow. I wouldnt just replace it for fun tho ;) also a good cleanup of electrical connectors & TB's would be a good idea & reset the ECU. PCV valves & hoses would be a good idea on your list too. Fill her up with a tank of Optimax & off you go!! :D then comes the other bits if not already fitted............induction kit, zorst, chip (can you really live with a 112mph speed limiter) boost upgrade etc etc ;) :D have fun!

  11. not looked on a zed, but i would have thought the plastic thing that looked very worn ;) should be actually attached to the arm, this should then push on to the ball joint on the wiper motor. you may even find that from new its all just 1 complete linkage :)

  13. so far the only footage on either site to my knowledge is Pete & his zed absolutely demolishing a GTO on a 1/4 mile run ;) as for driving hard on the road, RaceLogic Traction control totally transforms these cars & cant recommend it enough, especially if youre gonna start tuning it

oh dont be so silly. they could have still fitted tubs & stayed within the 280ps "gentlemans agreement". it seems that most are starting to stray from this anyway now at least you could have easily modded it ;)
