  1. not used any of these so i cant actually recommend them, but try these: http://www.conceptzperformance.com/ http://shop.store.yahoo.com/sgpracing-store/index.html http://z1motorsport.com/index.htm http://www.ultimatez.com/shop/index.php?shop=1&cat=54&cart=188336 http://store.yahoo.com/ginnmotorsports/index.html
  2. I put stock (genuine) pads back in my rebuilt calipers, personally i dont find them too bad. but then 4 out of 8 pistons were siezed before then so what do i know??? :D
  3. really not worth it IMO, as JWT 500's, or Smithy's turbos arnt much more than that anyway.
  4. on the upside, its a great time to upgrade :D
  5. if ones gone then the others not gonna be far behind. replacing 1 is just false economy IMO :(
  6. AFAIK the brakes are the same
  7. yea, the inner pistons on both my front calipers were siezed solid. rebuilt them with seal kits from courtesy - i was amazed by the difference in braking after i done it!! :)
  8. yup, iv got both now. a nice increase in responsiveness from the throttle :)

either that or youre getting detonation. what fuel are you using??
  12. if they find that the damage is caused as a result of the accident, then its not unusual to submit a later claim to the insurance co.
  13. could be almost anything, but id start with checking out the connectors to the PTU
  14. never fitted poly bushes, but you wont have any need for lubricant in fitting them (unlike, say, tension rod bushes), so id say its for the inside for lubrication. certainly wont do any harm!
  15. if thats youre setup mac, then nice to see you've gone for a MT!! :D seriously tho, it may seem ok there MAC, but itsno different to an exhaust blow at the downpipes, & you'll be amazed at how exhaust fumes find thier way inside the vehicle
  16. this dude here
  17. a) if the MOT station has rollers, then they will also have a Tapley Meter (or decelerometer) for testing unsuitable vehicles b) if they have a plate brake tester instead of rollers (very unlikely, but we have ;) )then these are perfectly safe to use.
