what tubs are you fitting?? anything other than stock then i would deffo pull the engine. even mildly uprated tubs can require careful installation & checks to make sure wastegate linkages etc dont foul on anything
  4. there laughing cos they know they didnt look quite like that before the "op"
  5. emmission test, or bang the cats to see if they rattle
  6. problem is you need a decent compressor to run it off, so it may be a workshop job only im afraid
  7. Its a little akward to get to, but not too bad really :)
  8. if they were done correctly, at a sensible level & something broke, then theres no reason why it wouldnt do the same if a boost controller was fitted instead!! upping the boost pressure puts more stress on engine components no matter what way you do it. ;)
  9. looks like the classic "fat bloke thinks hes pulled just cos hes got a piccie next to a couple of girls that get paid to sit next to fat blokes!!"
  10. music & groups are only legendary & classic if you like it. I personally think all those bands are a load of shite that play dull depressing crap  cheeky girls anyone??!! LMAO!!
  11. read my write up here for boost jet info. & FYI ive been running mine at 16psi on jets for 2 years now. as a daily driver
  12. most O2 sensors have a heater these days. its still beneficial to have them heated by the exhaust gasses, so try to mount it as far forward as you can. you may have reliability issues after a while otherwise
  13. so whats the odds of a jackpot winner being hit by lighning twice in 1 day then??? :D
  14. LMAO!! iv got to go to a meeting in a couple of weeks to hear why there so low now. erm - cos you fekking terminated all the UK dealers & fcuked everything up you bunch of cnuts!!!!!!!!!!!!! :xxx: :xxx: :xxx: why are the directors of large companies so fekking dense??
  15. yeah, but theres normally a jackpot winner once a week or whatever, so is there someone everyweek that get hit by lighning twice then?? LOL

  18. yup, will need to be before the cat - unless you want to monitor the efficiency of the cats ;) dont mount it too far down either, as O2 sensors need to run hot to operate
  19. does sound like a compression problem. do a compression check, if low do a cyl leakage test. if it is the valves, its not that they are sticking, just not seating.
  20. i wasnt here, but i am now - wont be later tho
  21. how is 1st gear Eric? it can be pretty pointless on a TT at the best of times anyway, without lowering the final drive ratio!!
  22. 1 other thing - if you read daves sig you would see he has a jap car which doesnt even have adjustable suspension. in fact 2 other things - he also stated its been lowered & stiffened - guess he's already got uprated shocks then eh??
  23. stick it up your ar$e tammy turbot, your starting to sound like another member we had that defected to a different car :xxx: oh, & if you cant take a joke - you shouldnt have bought a 190 cossie in the 1st place  ps - were £75ph+vat, & thats cheap now days!!
