cranks but wont start Nissan 300zx z32 1990
Mine recently had an issue where it would cut out after a bit of driving, usually when the engine got up to temperature. It turned out to be the PTU. I ordered a new series 2 from CZP and its been fine since. Buying proper parts does help with diagnosing issues.

New discs and pads, recommendations?
M-Tech in Northern Ireland are great. Used them for years. Their braided lines are good too.

ECU advice please.
My understanding is that an Auto ECU can be used in as manual, but a manual ECU can not be used in an auto. I dont think, the series make a difference, but not 100% sure

Nissan 300zx Manual Gearbox
I am selling the manual gearbox that was in my car for its conversion. This box was purchased 2nd hand as a full conversion kit, the box was purported to have done 100k. After getting the conversion done in March 2025, it was immediately clear that this box needed a new input shaft bearing. I then managed to get a brand new box from America and swapped it with this one. On the whole this gearbox did work and I don't remember it crunching or being stift to change, I just know the bearing was whining and would stop when you put your foot on the clutch. As the input shaft bearing needs replacing, im happy to sell this at a reduced price of £500 ono. Collection from Eastbourne.

Nissan 300ZX Automatic Gearbox
I am selling the automatic box that was removed from my car in March 2025 as I was doing a manual conversion. The auto box is original to the car and when removed in March had done 56k miles. It's been well looked after during its life and there was nothing wrong with it except it not being a manual box. I do also have the torque converter, automatic brake pedal and other bits a bobs from the conversion. I am looking for around £600 for the lot, but will sell bits individually if needed. Collection from Eastbourne, East Sussex. Could/maybe deliver if local or meet halfway if price is right

Club Events Organiser - an announcement
Hi all, Thanks for all the thanks. I am fine, no problems there and nothing to worry about! I just need to concetrate on something very personal this year and felt that I wouldnt be able to give the role of NEO the time and committment it needs. Last thing I wanted to do was a half-arsed job and ruin peoples shows/days out because I didnt plan & execute it properly!

What did you do to your zed today?
Ive had them on all my previous zeds, my wifes TT and my Subaru Legacy, never had a problem. In fact the current zed has the drill & groove discs, the mtec pads and the mtec braided lines and ive never had a zed that stops so quickly!
