I only saw the First one and have to say it was ok for the Cars and Girls Story and acting were dire to say the least. i keep threatening to see the 2nd one but really cant stand the thought of having to watch it all without fast forwarding to the car parts ! :o

Clean as a whistle although i did 12 month ban a few year ago !

I had the same problem, I removed the belt and took of the little white cover on the side of the reel. A few broken bits of plastic fell out. It works fine now ?? It locks and retracts. On the other side of the belt there is another small plastic white cover, in there is a small plastic cup and spring with a small ball bearing in it, this also came adrift on mine but is easy to put back. Hope this helps ;)
