Had to remove the bass box speaker to remove bass box and led the blooming great speaker [still connected to amp] on top of the amp and it blew fuse.:pinch: Removed speaker completely and replaced the 10 amp fuse 5 times :pinch: anybody know why?? The same fuse covers the clock and interior light, would the magnetic part of the speaker damage the amp and ultimately cause the fuse to keep blowing!! Dave:confused1::no:

Could this be due to a boost leak?? Not touched anything on the engine when i removed it!! :surrender:

Cannot find my boost leak detector:angry: belt attatched not slipping, weird really all fine before i removed engine!!!

Dont mind me Graham i am pretty fooked in the head at mo...thought i would leave the engine removal AGAIN for the moment and try to fix fogs, after the lights failed and with the kids on my back about lack of internet i am/was ready for:hang: But thanks to you and Dave for your help i can know shut the garage up, walk away and start fresh tommorrow, knowing that i have lights and all i need to do is connect to switch. Graham thanks for your reply, what i cannot understand is there are no fuses blown!!!! Spoke to stu [smw] earlier and he did mention a box at the rear of the car that could fail if it is shorted could this be the problem and if so where can i find it? Dave

Jap Not done much really, found rear fog light switch previous owner installed disconnected...found where they were originally connected into a choc block and connected. Nothing happened! and now found i have no lights front or rear or dash light illumination!!!!!!

Been trying to sort out my rear fogs for the mot, now the side lights do not work and main beam seems to be stuck on. Looked at fuses none seem to be blown, any help??

Why!!!!!!!! cannot believe whats going on with this car!!!, checked fluids and spot on took it for a drive to see if this would sort and .....no it never:angry: Also when i am in moan mode the car will not tick over poss due to an air leak. Can i use my boost leak detector with the dual pop set up???

Oil leaks were just loose connections and a small leak on a turbo pipe feed bolt

Replaced gaskets Max with nissan original

:laugh: Stu, magnetec oil ...personal preference or advised by the garage who carried out the engine mods?? Soooo many opinions on this, and i just want the car to run smooth and have no problems later on down the line!!:confused1:
