Big problem is though a lot of the guys who sell that stuff wouldn't know the difference between polyester & epoxy,,,,,, like some of the BAD fibreglass stuff ive seen,, ie, white gel-coated panels with air between the gel & mat,,, you paint the new panels in black or dark colours and watch em bubble up in the hot sun,,,then the paint guy gets the blame for some guys shit GRP work. For ref,,, Epoxy resins are much stronger harder & adhere better than polyesters,,,,,, fabrics like carbon & kevlar are used with it to give excellent strength to weight,,, as in aircraft,,, performance boats cars etc.
