The thing i found was heroes was alright this season till lost came back on a proved how good the storyline is and how well written and acted the show is. Heroes just doesn't seem to have been as original as last time and i'm losing interest :(

...and this is where it all starts again for mclaren. I get so fed up with the stuff that gets dumped on them and not other teams.

I never have mine on barry volume, just on enough that it cuts in at the very bottom end. Can't wait to get started on my install when i get the chance. Just want to get the car on the road first in fact either of them would be good for a start! lol

That's what i'm thinking, must be something simple. Just annoying as i start this year's drag racing challenge on Sunday and it would have been good not to be having to use the metro to get my reaction time for the day :(

Well spent the whole of sunday and this evening putting the silver NA back together with the new plenum and intake pipes on. Finished putting all the pipework back on again, airfilter, etc went to turn over and it just kept turning with the occasional thrum then nothing. It just won't catch. I can't work out what it can be. So many bloody connections every where i don't really know where to start :( Any clues of what order to check everything? I'm pretty sure i've put all the coil pack and injector connectors back in the right order, they're all a certain length and the age of the wires meant they sat in a fixed position so can't see me getting that wrong

I learnt to drive in the mk3 facelift, i had a mk3 pre facelift then fitted the smoked rear lights and clear indicator units on the front. Looked awesome :D I only had a few piccies and they all went when the harddrive died on my old pc :(

I think if you break wind you'd be upside down in a ditch in 2 seconds flat :rofl:

I tell you something, i went to university for 4 years and not once have i had to learn so much information in such a short space of time. This is the first engine i've ever built and luckily i have someone who's guiding me through the whole thing but there's still some things i have to learn lol Money is the main thing holding me back otherwise i'd take a week of work and blitz the whole thing :(

Cheers folks :D I'm past the worst parts now, engine's bored out, just need to prep the block which i'll do this weekend. All the pistons, rings, con rods and crank will just bolt straight in along with the oil pump etc. Got all the clutch and gearbox assembly pipework ready to go straight in, prop is ready bar getting it measured and shortened when the engine and box are in, all the gauges are ready to go with senders, all pumps and pulleys can go straight on the block to drop in. Just need to buy in the windage tray, gaskets, timing cover, harmonic damper and the bottom half of the block can go straight in with the gearbox assembly then soon as i sell the gearbox/the silver zed, the final push for pipework, cam, pushrods and roller rockers and we're ready to start it up for the first time and possibly drive it :D (luckily i have 1000 feet of driveway to play with lol)

I think we might need a space for the other half if you'll allow a prelude along with us?

Well picked up all the goodies this weekend from Keith so i now have a lovely set of digital gauges and senders. He's done a great job of labelling everything up and packing stuff up. Thanks again mate, i'll make sure i do a good job of it all. I test fitted the bumper yesterday and did a quick photoshop, looks great, can't wait to get it sprayed up and fitted properly :hyper: 99 spec lights to go on in a couple of weeks, i'll be prepping the block this weekend and fitting new freeze plugs ready for the build then we're ready to rock and roll for the engine build :nana2: The bumper will be sprayed up and the stonechip paint smoothed off and painted body coloured to keep it nice and simple looking. No bonnet vents.... yet but got to sort out a cold air feed solution to make sure that big old carb doesn't get alot of hot air thrown in it Starting the engine build in the next few weeks, just need to get shot of the old gearbox. More pics to follow but a quick one to wet your appetite....

I blip and shift down, comes naturally to me. No idea what these tremek tk500 boxes are like to change gear in but hoping they're pretty smooth

Sayid was captured by the bounty hunter woman in that hotel room? She was taking him back to Guam to the family of the guy he killed on the golf course. As they said ealier, you can't change what's going to happen. Locke was brought back so i can't see why ben won't be either but still a great ending just hope everyone's seen it now and we haven't ruined it for anyone! :x:
