I look on car sensor.net and goo-net.com they are more like auto trader in japan, the only reason I am going for an auction car is because the guys at torque gt found me a nice one, I know jdm auction watch let's you browse the auctions if you register

Has anyone personally imported a 300zx themselves, I have my eye on one at a dealership however the importers close to me seem to want a bit too much to bring it in, the car is 330,000 yen roughly 1800 quid and im looking at £4k in charges.

So after receiving the zed back it drives awesome...now that old tatty looking body needs to have something done with it, so as of now im looking for a very good bodyshop to get into! Recommendations are welcome!..

Who drives their car like a saint when you've just spent thousands of pounds on performance upgrades, the car should of been far more capable.

Hi guys sorry I haven't updated in a while I have used the Facebook pages more and more and noticed I hadn't posted in a while so here's a quick update for you guys not on Facebook, the journey has been a long one, many hiccups along the way due to the nature of the beautiful 300zx, anyways the aem gauges are mounted in the glove box , ebc mounted and fitted , loom and ecu is in and shes In and running. Noel has been out and given his stamp of approval. I was supposed to pick up this Saturday but will be leaving it until next weekend as ive decided to place another order at z1! The viscous fan wasn't locking in completely so temps were gaining during spirited driving so that is getting replaced with a new fan clutch and blade from z1 , 2 new oem 02 sensors , dual selin intake with 2 new mafs go suit.

I already said id give him what he wanted for it delivered to me, he said the tax just ran out so he couldn't drive it over. I've got cars coming out my ears at the moment if I could of been bothered to drive over and pick it up itd be on the drive now haha

I'd rather get something very special if I was going to import, ideally would be looking got a very clean pre 94 swb no less than a grade 4

I'm currently looking at importing towards the end of the year il be looking to spend around £7-8k, £2300 for a zed landed in the uk is just not going to happen possibly a front clip or something so bad that importing would be pointless, in my opinion if your going to go through the hassle of importing you'd want a good clean grade 4 which you'l have to pay a decent wedge for!
