  1. The film has its own website but its really early days and there is nothing yet as the film isn't even edited or put together yet!! As soon as I hear anything I'll let everyone know....if they're interested that is!! M3 on hold!! Rob
  2. if you do a search there is some more on the film elsewhere....its the real deal though!!!!
  3. i don't think so to be honest. The story is based around a guy who has a 650bhp capri of all things!!! Not sure how my car fits in but the film goes into a kind of brighton vs londonn Cruise/race thing and my car plays a major part!!! No doubt there will be a few paxo's and corsets though!!!!
  4. Apparently so... there is a guy from lock stock in it and someone from Emmerdale farm who played Robert! not exactly Hollywood but all good. Incedentally the soundtrack is by fatboyslim and cost the earth.....just like my zed!!!!!!!!!!!!! looking forward to seeing it!
  5. was looking at some property there and a well kitted zed graced my eyes!!!! Not sure about the colour but thats my opinion and the styling was sweet! Rob
  6. Its called dolphins and is based in brighton....set for a general release in the cinemas in early 2007!! its about the whole cruise scene with some lovey dovey sh*t thrown in for good measure! The film is by a well known british director called Mark Jay do a searcha nd you'll find some stuff on the web! the film actually has its own website but its still under construction. Rob
  7. ....or maybe I should sell it while its famous for extra dosh....did have big plans originally.....19" trafficstars, respray, ZX MAD install, cream leather from T-POT's mate....I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe the much hated M3 is on hold Rob
  8. I'm presuming nobody saw it today at 12.55 BBC2 but it was on the telly!!! Apparently its one of the main cars in the film having spoken to the director! Quite excited...maybe I'll keep the old girl after all. Rob :hyper:
  9. Voted 99' spec earlier today definately the best overall but I have to say that the venoms cannot be beaten at night they are awesome....not so in the day though in my meagre opinion!! Rob
  10.
  11. Yes it was pretty smooth on reflection....shame we've all since discovered she's spoken for!!!! Anyway back to the subject in hand. Any car is better than my zed and my experience of them and the M3 is gorgeous, quick and can be driven both economically or savagely.....plus its a convertible with a hard top option. I personally love it!! Regards Rob
  12. Well its probably worth as much as one but.....no I'm sorry I'll have to say no  I'll let you know if I have too much to drink and change my mind!
  13. To fairladyzgirl! Incedently if I had the time or inclination I would make my zed look like yours ,apart from the front bumper its perfect in every way....kinda like the lady leaning on it!! :p Rob
  14. Thats what I think of the car!!! Thanks for that i was beginning to think I'd lost the plot with the critcism the M3 was getting on here. I can't justify the cost of the zed when I can own a piece of class solid engineering for little over what I've spent on the thing. Don't get me wrong I love zeds but you cant pick up clients in a 2+2!!!!
  15. The BMW M3 is the choice of the average joe round where I live in London at the moment where as the chavs have limited edition porsches!!! To be honest its about having a reasonably large car that shifts when you want it to and is discreetly designed....no one can argue that the M3 fits the bill. My zed is going to be up for sale and is now fully fixed....refer to the for sale section but change the blown tub bit for new 360 thrust bearing ones. its a nice car with 99' spec upgrades and you lot will hopefully offer more than 1500 for it now!!! Rob
  16. At least I'll be a  sheep instead of a :hurl: one!!! I've spent almost as much as an M3 costs on the zed and still not driven it for more than a trip to another garage! I obviously have taste as I bought a zed I'm afraid they're just too impractical for me now though I've got to think realistically about future bills for the damn thing. Plus I'll get it chipped and the airflow sorted with some milltek gear then we'll have a little race!!!! Thanks for all your thoughts Rob
  17. Just stop it!!!!! I had decided on the M3 after much deliberation and now you've thrown an M5 and more......help!!! Thanks for all the replies by the way really good to be back after 3 weeks without the web! Rob :)
  18. By the way....worried about the wink ;) there bud!!!!
  19. There must be a God then because last time I went to Nissan all they could offer me was wallet draining parts and useless advice let alone a big c**k!!!
  20. Just checked on autotrader....fantastic value mate. You bugger, now I'm in 2 minds and knowing me it'll take another year to decide. Ah well at least the prices will have dropped!!
  21. God has blessed you with great patience!!! Either God or Nissan anyway
  22. You have a point, but its more the image of the car than the door issue I was concerned about when it comes to clients!!! My zed is EXTREMELY LOUD!! Rob
  23. not sure about a 4 door car though.........
